“Booked my Mazda MX5 in for its full annual service and MOT on Monday. I was kept informed via text as and when it would be ready to be collected. Happy to say that it passed its MOT with no advisories, and the full service cost was very competitive too. Having mentioned how much I paid for everything with a few of my friends, all of them said that the price of just less than £300 was very good. “Excellent service. Called MOT City on Monday morning after an engine light came on and the car kept going into limp mode. Although they said their earliest availability to diagnose would be Tuesday, they were flexible with when I could drop the car off. Dropped car off Monday afternoon, and they ended up diagnosing the same day. After a potential fix unfortunately didn't work and the issue returned, Sean insisted I bring the car back so they could diagnose again free of charge. Again they were very flexible with timing, and didn't charge me anything for the second visit. Friendly and helpful receptionists, and honest mechanics who gave excellent advice.”

“I have really bad trust issues with garages these days more so than most. I’ve just started using these guys to work on a few of my cars and cannot recommend them enough. I gave my e61 to them to fit a couple of drive shafts that I had supplied, the job was more difficult than first anticipated due to the driveshafts being stuck in there, the price did not deviate at all from the quote. Most importantly though, they had forgotten to re attach one of the hight sensors for the rear air suspension. I noticed this upon collection and without hesitation they got it straight on the ramp and sorted the issue. We are all human and we call forget things and it’s especially easy to forget the dozens of needless sensors fitted to modern day cars. The key take away here is that the blame wasn’t put on me as a customer and they held their hands up to the issue, this is an attribute that I feel is EXTREMELY rare these days and almost unheard of even at main dealer level, and for that reason alone I hope to give them much more work and you should consider doing so too if you’re reading this review deciding which garage to take your car too. Honesty and integrity is everything. And these guys certainly have that in abundance.”

“Amazing service and my loyalty will remain with them forever ...they came to my rescue after my car went into battery failure mode and shut down. Took RAC 5 hours to come out to me - on my own no lights nothing and no street lights - since rejoined the AA. Called them the next morning and they said get the recovery lorry to bring it over and they replaced the battery within a day and a half plus diagnostic checks. “Such a reliable, friendly trustworthy garage. I have had my servicing completed by this garage for the last few years and I recently had a problem whereby a warning light came on my car telling me my engine had overheated. The RAC took me to Lower Early MOTs, they had my car for two days and checked everything thoroughly and didn’t find anything wrong. Not only that, they didn’t charge me a penny for this. “I rang up to get my car booked in for a service and MOT (expecting like most service centres to have to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment). Glenn was extremely helpful and accommodating and let me pick any day that suited me (that week!). I ended up having to change the day due to work commitments and this was no bother. Unlike other service centres (who seemed to want to do everything under the sun for a minor service), Glenn and the team said they would take a look at the car, plug it in, and only do the work that needed doing and were 100% open and honest about this - and although I have no idea what definitely needed doing, I took their advice and I felt confident in the knowledge that Glenn and the team were being truthful and honest. I picked the car up that evening (nice and clean which was a bonus) and was pleasantly surprised by the cost for both the service and the MOT. I can say that the customer service was great, the cost was fantastic and actually less than I had expected, and whilst I don't know any of the technical details regarding the parts or what was actually done, I did feel very pleased with the whole experience.
