Nothing was to much trouble and explained everything to a very high standard. She went the extra mile from coffees, ensuring parking reg confirmed to adding our dogs into the illustrations and also checked regularly if we were comfortable. On multiple times we changed our ideas and requirements and Marie happily supported us and changed everything with no trouble at all. We have decided not to purchase from B and Q this time (product related) but just wanted to give feedback on the excellent customer service we received in store from Marie, Compared to other places we visited.”

He's dealt with me a couple times regarding a Bluey shopping centre (Hammerbarn) and each time I received the wrong item without the tradies truck. Online services were useless and were of no help. Well today, he went above and beyond and reached out to my next local store for the correct item and got them to reserve it for me. He's an absolute asset to this store and you've made my little girl so happy. I'm very grateful. He was kind enough to gift me a 10% off voucher for my trouble which he didn't have to do but kindly did so. Thank you!”
