He's dealt with me a couple times regarding a Bluey shopping centre (Hammerbarn) and each time I received the wrong item without the tradies truck. Online services were useless and were of no help. Well today, he went above and beyond and reached out to my next local store for the correct item and got them to reserve it for me.
