I have always struggled with my confidence and body image, but since starting pole (and now hoop as well), my confidence has grown unmeasurable amounts. Not only are the instructors amazing, but all the other students too, everyone makes you feel so welcome (as an anxious person when I first started, this made me feel so much more at ease), and every single person is there cheering you on and supporting you. I have met so many incredible people and made friends that I don’t know how I've ever lived without! I can’t describe how much love I have for Mission and it’s amazing community! It’s become my safe place, home away from home and a place that I feel I can be my full unapologetic self! It’s so true that you just become part of one big family ”
