I have now edited the location of where it actually is. Whether it gets noticed by whoever is in charge of Google map thats another thing. It is located as you come up prince of Wales road and cross the roundabout straight and its on your left as soon as you come off the roundabout”

Heidi was working the footwear section and could not have been more helpful. Had plenty of boots over the years but Heidi made sure that they were the proper fit even getting another size to try on and doing a proper fitting. Excellent, friendly service then Eleanor was serving on the till and, despite being busy with customers was polite and friendly with every single one. Top service.”

I subsequently ordered from them and again found them very helpful especially as delivery to my address often proves difficult. They went out of their way to organise an appropriate delivery and the delivery driver was very accommodating and helpful even though he had a challenge finding our address. Norton treated me with respect and made me feel my order was important to them, this is sadly lacking with some companies. I would recommend Norton to friends and family and definitely use them again.”

“Went Hyundai, to look at a Suzuki Vitara, for the wife she loved the colour and so did I, we had a quick look around then Dan the salesman came out he moved cars out the way so we could see it better a bit later Dan came back and answered our questions, he asked if we wanted a test drive and we did, take the car and go where you want and Dan went back in the showroom , we went on a good test drive and really enjoyed driving the Vitara, Dan met us back at the garage and got a coffee, we got a decent price for our car, and paid for the new car. Got to say Dan never pushed or hurried us ,it was an absolute pleasure to buy this car in a relaxed way, big thankyou to Dan and the manager for taking care of us both.”
