Can I say that I have found some of the text describing, each item may need a read through as I found some confusion, maybe on my part but I'm reading them and do not necessarily understand. For example 1, I only realised after purchase of the mood lighting it says ....For vehicles without 'footwell' lights. My vehicle does have footwell lights, so I may have made a mistake, but I ask why are they only for vehicles without footwell lights (which could be added to the description) As I would like them to work for me, i think they are cool. Example 2, I purchased the engine cover which is described for the T6 and T6.1, a very clear description. No problem. Then when I got the confirmation email of my purchase, which said it couldn't be altered, it said engine Cover T6. So I immediately panicked thinking I'd ordered the wrong item (mine is a T6.1). So thought well what the heck I've made another mistake. I'll live with it. So perhaps it may be useful to review some items and ensure too they tally up with the order confirmations. Just drove in, requested 4 wheel alignment, said initially won't be able to do the back as bolts may snap, however once the car was up on the ramp and inspected they said they'd have a go at it. Mentioned I'm happy for just the front however they wanted to try and so I mentioned at you're own risk. They took the risk and managed to aligne all 4 wheels for an Xdrive. Can't fault the lads there, definitely will be going back to them even if it means having to travel bit further.”

The first time my late father in law van had a timing belt issue and whilst we figured out as a family what we were doing Halfords were very patient and allowed the vehicle to stay on site due to it being inoperable, they also cut in half the diagnostic charge as they were unable to fix. Secondly took my own car down for a diagnostic, given reasonable information and advice but not charged as could not be specific for the cause. Appreciated that. Staff are friendly and understanding.
