“Last minute change due to an Airbnb host letting us down, we weren't disappointed. Very strange set up, we were literally on uni grounds, staying alongside students. We even had a shared kitchen in the flat we were staying in. We weren't sure if actual students were joining us at first! Took us a while to actually get to the right car park but the staff were very helpful. There was an on site cafe and shop which were both cheap due to being on student grounds. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was a bit weak but you can't have everything. Truly felt like a student when I woke up to find the other people sharing our flat had robbed my food from the kitchen fridge!”

The vehicle was collected from my work address, communication from staff through the process was excellent with updates. The vehicle has been repaired to a high standard. Bumper replaced with genuine parts and not repaired. The vehicle was then delivered back to my work address and it was clean. Even the extra details of the plastic sheeting on the seat and paper on the footwear goes to show Alton are very considerate and respectful of customers cars. The delivery/collection driver was a nice chap to deal with too (unsure of name) but a credit to the company. Highly recommend. Many thanks 8079”

Even though we’ve moved further away from the garage, I still take our cars there instead of a more local garage as I feel the standard of work is very good. Generally, all the staff are helpful. After thorough investigation it was found that the cause of the engine failure was not detectable without further dismantling of the engine. It was then decided to have the van recovered to The Netherlands. Much to our surprise, Logix stated that they would not charge the hours spent on diagnostic work, because the cause of the failure had not been found yet. I my opinion this showes a high moral standard of this company. It goes without saying that they were fully entitled to charge me for the workshop hours, but they decided not to. Where, in the car repair business, do you find this level of fairness?”
