“Having moved recently into the area , I've used this particular store a few times now . All the staff is extremely friendly and helpful . But I would like to mention one member of staff particularly . Dave , the duty manager was an absolute gem in helping me choose the correct items ( which wasn't an easy task ) . I had to return within the hour , realising that the given screws were too long to use . Dave then took it upon himself to take a hacksaw and saw the screws to the correct length . Thank you so much . I will definitely always use this store and can recommend it .”

“We have known Rob for many years, he has replaced 2 of our kitchens and also 1 at my parents. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and very fairly priced for such good quality. His workmanship is always absolutely perfect, we have never had an issue or complaint and our current kitchen has been in nearly 10 years and still looks as new. He deserves the success and great reputation he has built up over the past 4 decades, he's literally just completed another kitchen for us at a separate location and it's certainly up to his usual high standard. I have many decorative plastic planters from here in the garden that have lasted years and years and still look brand new. Also holds a trove of DIY tools, fittings, random parts, and spares. Generally, if you want something random, they've got it in stock (somewhere!), or they've got an alternative that works just as well or better.
