122 Go Local Extra
“The corner shop at my mum's street at the very end, it's a family run place Anita the matriarch of the family is normally front of house though they all put together is a real team effort,I It's a proper community spirited shop, the range of products never ceases to amaze me!! hlHow they keep the range current try new things and are never scared to sort of .... branch out with them more obscure products, not knowing if they're going to sell, For example the massive dill pickle range!!?? I've got all of the range of pickles, if course now in my belly haha, Their American I Import range is so reasonably priced, as is everything else, but these are about quarters of the price of the shop that will be closest to me, which would be the garage at Warmsworth.... has an American range and I think about £5.99 each pickle!!!! in this lovely family shop the same product are now priced at just 1 pound each. They're very helpful, very friendly the only thing is I miss having the cash machine but they did used to do a cash back service it cost you 50p or if buying anytime was free, every time I've asked recently, I must say however Iit hasn't been the metriarch and I don't know this new family member, she says they no longer do cash back so unfortunately I now don't walk along for my mum's, I drive past it to go to the new heron at the corner where I can get my cash for free l. I would rather walk along with my dog getting her extra exercise and me going to the local shop. supporting a family local small independent business but I need cash for certain things everyday, and just the way that the people I'm helping my mother and someone else are housebound and from an olde generation so it's got to be in cash, they don't trust a card payment that's the case for people that age, ( the obviously can't see it being card and cash back I wouldn't like to blow their mind completely hehe) Unfortunately it means I drive past this shop that I love so much and forget to go back to it because when I go around to the bottom of the street around the corner it's not just the new lHeron there, it's a LOT OF different shops, I would rather use this shop as I used to do all the time maybe the family will see this and take it on board because it's not just me who has tried to get cash back or hope that they've got the machine on again I was very happy when they stopped plugging it in honestly prefer the cash back, don't know the reason why haven't had a chance to ask, I find a new family member , a female who has been front of house majority of time erm how to say this ..... not quite as approachable as all of the rest of the family? mean every single member is so friendly and approachable I don't know if she's in-law I think the matriarch said it was a daughter but I've met your daughters and the sun for many years before, but anyway I'm going to leave a nice review up to know and it is my genuine thoughts and feelings, You might want to look at that and he said she's very abrupt and refused to put my lottery ticket through it 7 15 , she said I was too late!!! once again I drove from there around the next corner to the spar, and I then spent £40 on shopping as well as my lottery ticket ... I would recommend this shop highly to anyone for any groceries alcohol soft drinks range of cakes cleaning products pet foods and treats I could go on you wouldn't believe how much great things they can fit into the small space and it is in no way cluttered they keep it immaculate highly recommended”

125 mydentist, Doncaster Road, Rotherham
“Gave them 4 stars at first (just in case my tooth wouldn't get better), although I am for sure changing it to 5 stars! Tooth doesn't hurt anymore, got saved from extraction and I have been taken in as a patient with a very high speed (unfortunately not an NHS one, although that seems to be the case everywhere - there's a 4 years waiting time for an NHS dentist). Thanks tho, the service was very professional!”

132 Doncaster International Hotel
“Excellent wonderful helpful cooperative staff. We reached around 7 in evening. We were given a family room. Room was excellent size with clean bedding. We were surprised to see the quality of toiletries which I have never seen in even the best of hotels. The only hotel I have seen in country where air conditioner floor heater and fan was provieded before arrival. The best part was the 2 young lads on reception in evening especially Luke. Both were extremely cooperative and helpful young boys. They helped us with each and everything. They never said NO to any request. I will highly recommend the hotel especially because of hospitality and wonderful attitude of young boys.”

136 Massimo Doncaster
“As a pizza lover we all have our favourite places, some people like a lot of toppings, others like thin base, some don't mind as a pizza is a pizza but if you're looking for something that no other pizza place offers in Doncaster then the Massimo Special Pizza will really make this place a favourite of yours. 18" thin based with mozzarella crust fingers, 5 toppings of your choice or just all cheese. This isn't something you'd get from normal takeaways, it's a specialist pizza place and it's perfect every time. Their sauces are home made and a great addition. Give it a try!”

141 Campanile Hotel Doncaster
“I stayed for just one night and was pleasantly surprised. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was really comfortable, and everything felt well looked after. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Although there were a couple of minor issues, they didn’t impact my stay at all. It was a warm night, so I had the window open and could occasionally smell smoke from people on the balcony – not a problem for me, but something to be aware of if you’re sensitive to that. Also, the power to the sockets tripped at some point overnight, but I didn’t need to use them in the morning so it wasn’t an issue for me. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay again. It definitely exceeded my expectations!”

145 THS Plumbing & Heating
“Terry of THS Plumbing & Heating has just renewed my confidence in human nature. Called to look at my leaking shower area, he uncovered hidden short cuts left by the initial installers. He explained what was required showing photos of problem areas. Talked through my options saying if he would not install it at home he would not install it for me. This gentleman then with stripped and replaced a shower for my needs including replacing floor and wall panels as needed. Always polite, patient, tidy and a pleasure to employ.”
