The staff are all so welcoming and friendly (it’s a really great team here), there’s a good range of equipment, and the classes I’ve tried have been great. The pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi are also a lovely way to unwind after a workout. Overall, it’s been a great experience and I’m glad I joined.”

I now have no side effects and know I can walk in and get my next set when I am ready. I always point my friends this direction for any sexual health needs because I know they'll retrieve the care and advice they need”

I’m no where near the place I was 12 months ago: things are still hard but I became stronger than I ever thought possible because of my self and this team. so please don’t be put off by the negative reviews.
