“I couldn’t recommend Karen at Serenity Therapies enough. I had reiki yesterday for the first time and it was PHENOMENAL - I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to feel anything but my goodness I did. I have a chronic health condition which over the last few years has completed flattened my spirit which is why I wanted to experience reiki. During the session, I could feel such intense warmth from Karen’s energy, I also felt floaty, and I wanted to fall asleep but I was stopping myself so I could enjoy all I was feeling. At one point I felt like I wanted to laugh just because I couldn’t believe how I was feeling and that I was actually FEELING the energy. I can’t wait to book again. When I arrived I felt so welcomed by Karen, her home is so cosy and welcoming. I am a super anxious socially awkward person - but I felt at complete ease. She makes you feel completed comforted so you can take your time and do what you need to do to be comfortable, even things like offering for me to sit down if I needed to put my shoes back on before I left… without that prompt I would have just struggled standing up lol! She just made everything so nice for me. Please if you’re reading this and in two minds, DO IT! Thankyou so much xxx”

“I've just removed my last post wich wasn't great. Over the last year you have made so many excellent improvements at the checkouts of self service. And lots more around the store. Well done to you all. And I can not stay away when you have shoulder of lamb at £6.50 a kilo, im fed up off leg only being discounted when the shoulder is more flavorful. And my chest freezer has a few bits for Christmas in it. Please do this for Easter as I will have none left. Lol I wish you all a happy Christmas n new year . And thanks again. J lambert”

“A dinner lady recently made some negative comments about the NZ attacks. This was in no way connected to the school, this was her own private opinion and one for which she has suffered. The school, police and other agencies have dealt with this immediately and the staff member is now not in their employment. These comments were not made by, or indeed the opinion of the school in any way. I have had all four of my children in this school for 11 years altogether. Never once have they let me or my children down. They are a great school which is reflected in their Ofsted report. I wholeheartedly support shaw wood and can only applaud them on their fast actions and discretion during a tough, challenging time. Highly recommend shaw wood for a primary school choice, it is inclusive of everyone and works very hard with families in our community. More importantly the children are happy, well educated And cared for. No brainer really.”

I have and my son has built a fantastic bonds with his key person. My son has food allergies and the staff cater for this well and are so vigilant with him ensuring he doesn’t take other foods and there is no cross contamination.”

The teachers, Miss Anj and Miss Lizz, are wonderfully supportive and guide you to what you want to achieve and even surpass what you thought you could do. They have created a great, warm atmosphere within the classes so you are comfortable to try out new moves and develop new skills. She’s autistic and when she first started going was non verbal and now she’s started talking putting a few words together and loves singing nursery rhymes. The staff are so lovely and very caring help with any worries I may have and got everything put in place ready for her going to big school.”

“After 6 years at Willow my daughter had her last day today and the tears flowed. I have such affection for this school and over the past 2 years the new head has made this school shine again. All the staff from the teacher to the admin are fantastic and caring people. I have so many great memories of this school from sports days to day trips to external sports events. But the sats results speak for themselves so many great results and my little girl passed with flying colours. I cannot recommend this school enough especially under the new head Mrs Sumner.
