“Thank you Tina (and team) for looking after our boys. Freddie and Mercury are biological brothers who had a big fall out. She managed to bond them when we couldn’t reconcile them at all. Tina has been absolutely brilliant with them. She’s been so exceptionally patient and provides so much guidance and advice ( we really feel that she understands them!). I cannot recommend her bonding and caring service enough. They came back from their stay looking very healthy and happy and finally friends ! Thank you Tina, you’ve been a great help to us all!”

“Really lovely place, we were nervous to leave our rabbits given how fragile they can be to stress but needn't have worried. We got updates and photos whilst on holiday and the 2nd time we used Rose Lodge we were confident they would be just fine. The lady who runs it is lovely and showed a genuine interest in our pets. Purrfect Mews Cat Hotel provides a boutique boarding experience nestled in the beautiful surroundings of Scholes, Holmfirth. “I have been staying with the pastures hotel for around 2/3 year through work purpose. I have to travel around 2/3 hours sometimes to get there, The staff are nothing but warm and friendly, they are always happy to help and super approachable. The rooms are always made up lovely, I have been fortunate to stay in a few of the suites, last one being the bridal suite which was absolutely amazing. Sometimes I can be there for a few weeks at a time, I have always felt the staff were very hospitable which is reassuring when you’re away for a while in an area you’re not totally familiar with. I’d like to mention that Sharon and Michelle in particular are a credit to the hotel and have always been super welcoming!”

“**5* Highly recommended** THANK you to Emma for bonding our bunnies into a trio, as you can see from the pictures they are inseparable, the bond is so strong. On arrival we had a good chat, she had excellent knowledge and I knew then I was confident our bunnies were in safe hands. It was a long process, but was worth the wait, She gave regular updates and always had the bunnies interest first in terms of bringing them home. She gave us a lot of information of what to do when the bunnies returned home which would help continue the strong bond. Did everything she said and 2 weeks later after collecting them we have 3 happy bunnies. Thank you again.”

“My daughter got married here recently and it was an absolutely amazing day. She married outside in the beautiful gardens which was so lovely. The food was absolutely delicious and the venue room looked fantastic. The evening food of pie and peas was delicious. The staff were lovely and very attentive to all our needs. We stayed the night the rooms very nice they were clean and the beds very comfortable and to round our stay off a great breakfast too.”

“Well worth a visit, rooms are well appointed and the pub is welcoming. Good location in the town but they do have limited parking spaces. No big deal as there are loads of car parks in Chesterfield.”

“Polite proprietor, lovely comfy rooms and a lovely kitchen with free tea/coffee facilities. There are 2 microwaves and plenty of fridge/freezer and cupboard space to store your own food. Very quiet with low traffic noise and clean ensuite bathrooms with showers. Access to a bath also. I have spent 7 nights here so far and it feels like home. I have just booked another week. Very fair prices and freeview TV in all rooms. BT infinity WiFi access for all guests.”
