“I was waiting for delivery of my new furniture, I was contacted to say the supplier was going into receivership. Ward brothers were really good. Whilst I was disappointed, this was outside their control. I was given options and decided to go with the new supplier suggested. The new furniture was price matched. Although I have to wait longer the service was great.”

“Stayed at HEX on a coach trip from Cornwall. This is a fantastic hotel the concept of the hotel is fantastic. Rooms modern very clean well equipped. A separate resutrant and bar fantastic to be seperate from rooms. Great to have wildlife park on the complex no travelling. Also a complex of shops places to eat and coffee shops. The staff are wonderful so friendly can't do enough for you it's all the extra care to detail to make your stay great I have stayed in a lot of hotels Hex is first class. Highly recommended. Thanks to all staff see you again.”
