“I have been one of the team covering the Poppy Stall this year. There are two ladies who NEVER STOP doing everything they can to keep the check outs flowing and customers satisfied. I’ve also noticed a younger girl with tats who is also a grafter! Mavis, Sonya and Jess are highlighted in my observations. “Good supermarket well run clean and very helpful staff. I don’t like the self serve and wouldn’t use this as I once made a mistake and only entered one bottle of lemonade when I had two. Picked up at checkout and was made to feel like a thief by taking me with three staff to a normal check out. Never again!!”

“Never had a problem at this Sainsbury's. Staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. We're on first name terms with most of the staff because we go in there so much. 99.9% of the time, the items we want are stocked. My only gripe is that dirty people feel the need to smoke in front of the entrances thus leaving the area stinking as well as your clothes. This obviously isn't Sainsbury's fault but it is rather annoying. We think it's a great place to shop.”
