“My experience at Barlborough Practice Plus Group in January 2025 for a knee arthroscopy and meniscectomy was overwhelmingly positive, and I would highly recommend their services. My interactions with the reception staff were efficient and helpful. The X-ray department was also well-organized and the staff were professional. The pre-med assessment was thorough, and I felt well-prepared for my surgery. I had a consultation with Mr. Nawar Abdulsattar in November 2024 prior to my surgery. I greatly appreciated his honest and realistic approach regarding what to expect post-surgery. He provided helpful advice without giving any false hope, which I found very reassuring. My knee surgery, a knee arthroscopy and meniscectomy, took place in January 2025. The ward nurses were exceptionally kind and pleasant, making my stay as comfortable as possible. The hospital environment was also remarkably clean. I was pleased to receive physiotherapy before being discharged, which was a great benefit. My surgeon took the time to come and explain exactly what he had done during the procedure before I went home, which I found very informative and reassuring. My follow-up appointment with Mr. Nawar Abdulsattar approximately six weeks after surgery was another positive experience. He is such a pleasant, happy, and approachable person. He listened attentively when I mentioned that my knee was still locking. It's now been three weeks since that follow-up, and I'm delighted to report that the knee locking has stopped, and my pain has also improved somewhat. Overall, I received the best care from all members of staff at Barlborough Practice Plus Group. From the initial consultation to the post-operative follow-up, everyone I encountered was professional, kind, and dedicated to providing excellent patient care. “Fab experience this morning.....we've been on waiting lists elsewhere so my 2 young children hadn't yet seen a dentist. The dentist that saw us this morning was so kind and helped to put the children at ease. Explained everything in a really kid friendly way and was so patient with them.
