Made the experience both occasions really special and on the gender scan allowed us to use props to make the moment more magical for us to share with others. Click and collect service is available and you are kept updated by text to say when recived in store. Remember to use your membership card.”

“I had discovered a defect in colour change in an item of clothing I had purchased from the store and decided to return it. The staff could not have been more helpful and whilst they had never seen such an instance previously were gracious in replacing the said article with new immediately. Whilst I have enjoyed shopping at the store on numerous occasions, this level of customer service was exemplary. 10/10”
