“V helpful bloke serving in store. Wanted something warm to wear under something moderately rain proof for use on a boat. Got something warm / checked out the Peter Storm stuff but not got my size in store, so ordered on line. All good.”

“I phoned ahead, about a style I saw online and found they had a variety of sizes and widths in that style. I visited. I had the sole attention of one of the assistants who remembered my phone call. After trying on four different pairs quickly I was able to purchase and now own a wonderfully comfortable pair of shoes.”

“This store is quite new in the town. It is cheap and cheerful but quality isn't all that bad to be fair. Kids school polos are fairly decent and at £2.50 for two are almost throwaway items but seem to wash well. Manager very helpful also.”

“Well most of the customer will take the time to leave a review when they had a negative experience. A few days ago, I had an amazing experience at the store in the Swan centre in Eastleigh. I went to see if they had some Halloween costumes for my boys, which they had. Then, at the till, they have their new self check out till. Although it meant to be used by yourself but the lady behind the counter was much more efficient than me. Plus, I didn't have my H&M membership card and being with two young boys, I needed to go out quickly before they make a scene. She very kindly and very quickly find my membership number, check for vouchers and had everything done in less than a few minutes. I pay for my items with some great discount and left the shop very happy. Amazing shopping experience. However, I can't thank her properly as there is no name on the receipt. Anyway, thank you for your time and your help.”
