Not only did the wonderful shop owner find the correct size nut and bolt and washers, he mended it for my husband there and then. How incredibly kind and helpful is that? We had a chat while he worked and he was very professional and polite - a lovely, friendly bloke. He managed to manoeuvre the crane around our magnolia to lift the pallets - he definitely knows what he's doing. Would recommend.”

We were let down by another larger company the day before our hire was meant to begin over the bank holiday weekend and while scrabbling around trying to find a replacement, Sam at ITP Hire got back in touch really quickly and sorted us out.
