“This Pharmacy appears to be one of the better pharmacies around the local area, it's well organised and appear to have the prescriptions in without having to mess around with part prescriptions or having to wait for remaining items to arrive. The queues are generally low, 1 or 2 persons which is good to see. Parking can be the only obstacle here but there is a 1.5hr free parking at Farmfoods in the next street, 50m away.”

“Where can I start, Ok absolute perfection from the staff & doctors, after moving home and going with this surgery I found I was dealt with like a patient should be, I did not receive this from my prior doctors, also Dr Yadava and there team keep in touch with me and the hospital and gave me all the tests and advice I needed, also in a great time to I must add. They found I had serious bowel problems that my other doctors fobbed of, saying it was IBS or bad stomach etc. I can honestly say Dr Yadava and his team may of saved my life, and for that I am truly grateful. I've been registered at this GP for nearly two years, and prior to that, I was with a surgery in Derby—which was genuinely awful and actually worth complaining about. In comparison, this practice is excellent. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, the GPs and nurses are fantastic, and the triage service is consistently efficient and well-organised. Unless you’ve experienced poor service elsewhere, like I have, you may not appreciate just how good this place really is.”

“I am over the moon with the service . I was dubious when moving back to Packmoor to use them as years ago we did not receive a good service . Since the ‘takeover’ things seem to have changed dramatically. The reception staff are incredibly attentive and will bend over backwards to try to accommodate our needs . When we have needed an emergency appointment we always get one , when we need a prescription it’s always put through promptly . We do have various problems with our children and their acute medical needs but nothing is ever too much trouble . I have never experienced a practice as good as this ! “Using Google maps to get here on foot, was an absolute mare. It sent me here, there & everywhere. The walk was estimated to take 14 minutes. I'm no novice when it comes to walking, but following google, it took me almost an hour. Never again, I'll go the longer, but easier way thank you. I didn't know what to expect when I got there, as it was my first visit to register, as I'm new to the area. But I was pleasantly surprised at how clean,open & spacious the place is. The staff are extremely helpful, and advised me well, they gave me a clipboard to lean on. They are really informative & friendly, Jeanette was the lady who dealt with my enquiry, she was great. And explained the process of registering step by step. Even gave me directions to get back, that were a 1000% easier than Google maps.”
