“Stephen has completed a number of jobs for me throughout this year. These include clearing one of the most overgrown gardens at a rental property you could imagine! He has also turfed lawns, cleaned an 80 ft block paving driveway and removed a 10ft tree that had died to name a few. “The roof of our semi-detached house had accumulated masses of moss over many years. Not only was it extremely unsightly, we realised that the moisture/damp held within the moss was doing absolutely no good to the long-term health of our roof. (This might have meant a new roof would be needed at some point in the future at relatively high expense). Prevention is always better than cure, so we started to look around for a company that would be able to remove the moss. Virtually all the companies we came across used pressure washing. This can damage the roof fabric and the roof tile fixings, as well as shooting moss and debris on to adjacent houses and gardens (which isn’t likely to make your neighbours very happy!). So we decided to look for a more gentle method of removal which would be good for ourselves (and also good for our neighbours). Fortunately, we came across Revive Outdoor Cleaning. We contacted Alex and he came along to take a look. Alex very clearly explained all the possible options and gave us a quote for the work. Rather than using pressure washing, he removes all the moss by manual scraping and then applies a biocide solution which prevents the moss returning. He was friendly, professional and not at all “pushy”. The work has now been completed to a very high standard and absolutely no mess was created. We are absolutely delighted with the results and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Alex and Revive. Thank you Alex!”

“1st class service from the moment we walked into the showroom No hassle sales pitch, all options were explained before being left to browse the showroom. Once we had made our choice a free home visit was arranged to survey our existing fire/chimney for suitability. Appointment & survey was carried out efficiently and on time. It was explained that we may need a new cowl on the chimney, but that would not be known until the new gas fire was fitted and tested. We then received a no obligation quote which we accepted. The order was placed and installation date was arranged. The fireplace & fire were fitted all in one day by a very efficient, clean & tidy team. All the existing materials and old fire were taken away by the men. A gas engineer then arrived to connect & test the fire. As it turned out we did need to have a new cowl fitted (this was not unexpected). Markovitz arranged for the new cowl to be fitted and this was carried out a few days later. Once fitted the gas engineer returned and commissioned the fire at no extra cost. All in all a great service and I would recommend anyone looking for a new fireplace/fire to visit Markovitz to make an informed decision from their wide showroom range of supplies and bespoke appliances for the contemporary domestic market place and individual households in need of modernisation. Highly recommended”
