βi am a typical man in his 70's and totally inflexible. Claire's yin yoga class helps my flexibility but more importantly relieves me of any stress particularly in my shoulders by the end of each class. I would 100% recommend her class. thank you Claireβ
βWhat a fantastic and inclusive setting . Our daughter joined the preschool room in Feb 2024 and has continued to blossom and thrive in the environment. Surrounded by highly qualified , caring and supportive practitioners, that ensure her needs along with her peers needs are always met . The children are provided with opportunities galore to explore , learn and be creative through play . Healthy snack and meals are provided to the highest quality with all dietary requirements met and supported - nothing is too much trouble at all . Side By Side have been a huge piece in our daughters learning journey puzzle and we are forever grateful for them and would recommend to all parents in and around the local area .β

βA thoroughly enjoyable education. Richard has rekindled my interest in photography. In particular by teaching how to capture in the camera βwhat you seeβ. If you are starting out in DSLR photography, or perhaps have not picked up a camera for sometime, this is a course you will enjoy.β
βWent for my Covid Jab. Couldn't fault anything, from the people advising on parking to all the staff inside checking, treating and monitoring you afterwards. Felt very safe and well informed.β
βMy two boys needed help with their maths and English, We met with Adrian and my kids instantly took to him, he conducted a thorough assesment so he could start them at the right level. Both boys have improved so much in such a short space of time, I'm beyond impressed. My biggest fear has always been that I won't be able to teach my child to read and write, I no longer need to worry with Adrians help we are now on the right track. Both boys now look forward to doing their learning each week. 100% recommend.β
βWatching 22 men performing in perfect was in an indescribable experience. Come on United the mighty Redsβ
βMy son has been going to Hartford Old School House for the last 6 months, and absolutley loves it! The nursery set up a different range of activities each day, all with the aim and focus of developing different skill sets. My son suffers with his hearing due to ear infections and nursery have gone out of their way to support him with different methods of communication to ensure that his communication doesn't fall behind. We get regular updates and pictures via the app which we love as it allows us to see what he's up to during the day. The nursery do loads of lovely things around special events, such as a garden party with the children for the Kings coronation recently. All the staff are so lovely and welcoming, and the variety of food on offer each day is amazing and all cooked from scratch! I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend Hartford Old School House to any other parents, I'm so happy we found it for our boy!β
βBrilliant nursery with absolutely fantastic staff. Always very accommodating when we've wanted to increase days and times. Our little boy has flourished since starting here and he never wants to leave!β
βI have used this pre-school setting for two of my children now each child will have done two years each, it is run to a high professional standard, with an open door policy, if Iβve had any issues theyβre fast to act upon it. Both my girls have been happy to attend here, and have formed great relationships with the staff along the years, they are happy and thriving in their education for their age and it is due to the great support they've received from Elaine and the rest of the staff from an early age. My youngest is due to start in September too, he has SEN and theyβve offered extra settling in sessions and are more than happy to accommodate his needs. A very supportive setting to us as a whole family not just the children they care for.β
βmy children are currently in this nursery. the staff is fantastic, my children learn a lot, my children are really happy to go to nursery and I am happy to offer them time so that they can socialize, learn, play with other children especially at the youngest age.mum Noor and anasβ

βMy little girl has attended TAPA for the last 6.5 years. She has learnt so much and made life long friends. Saturday is her favourite day of the week. Always professional, fun and friendly. Kerry has built something very special. Love our TAPA family β₯οΈβ
βI honestly cannot praise this nursery enough. Our little one started at 5 months old due to returning to work after maternity leave, and they have been absolutely brilliant with him, his development has come on leaps and bounds, and he loves going which is a bonus. They keep you up to date with everything and nothing is ever too much trouble. Emily in particular (baby room leader) is an absolute diamond and a true credit to the nursery, my little one probably loves her as much as he loves me and his dad, his little face lights up when he sees her on drop off and she is brilliant with all the little ones. But all the staff are lovely and friendly, even ones who are based in other rooms remember you and greet you. The nursery itself is clean, bright and open, and family orientated - baby room has a family tree with pictures of all the baby's families on which I think is a lovely touch. It's safe and secure with lots of activities inside and out in the garden to keep all the little ones busy.β
βExceptional Facilities. Completed my crewology degree here got a Cβ
βBrilliant school. There is a child-friendly environment, best education ever and loads to do at breaktime.β
βBest nursery around wouldn't send my children anywhere else. All 3 of my boys have attended over the space of 8 years and its just as brilliant now as it was then. The staff are lovely and will help in anyway they can not just for the children but parents too nothing is ever too much trouble. Would highly recommend and more so if your child is delayed as they really help them come along!β
βThis was my first time witnessing ballroom in real and live action~ quite frankly, Iβve never experienced anything like it! The atmosphere was incredible! Everyone was so kind, caring, and woven with such genuine passion- I am lost for words! I didnβt even dance, but with every incredibly created dress, dance and character that whizzed past- all coming together with so many stories to tell and to watch unravel, reveal and experience form the sides, through every fleet- pleat and ember- absolutely swooned and took me away in its lift for hours- euphoric! So deeply moving and passionate, as if I was the one dancing with them- it makes you want to just get up and dance! The Quick Quick Slow dance studio alike were very warm and welcoming- even for a newbie like myself who had no idea what to expect- and this goes for competitors alike! I was ushered in and enlightened with how some of the dances were conceived- what moves meant- even how it felt to feel them too; an insight that elevated with every show-stopping event I witnessed! So much encouragement and unreal passion! This has been an experience that Iβve waited to see for years- all the way from little βol Shrewsbury too~ I even awoke the next morning with effervescent dreams of joyous jives and swinging like a serenade under a new loverβs light- ballroom; roaring and revelling in the tunes for hours on end! Iβll definitely be back again! I hope so too. The only downside was that I knew I eventually had to go back home! :)β
βDave and Andrea are a hardworking, caring helpful couple who are a credit to the community. They took on my daughter for school work experience to help her out, as she has a strong passion for diving & fish, she has ended up completing a open water scuba and dry suit course. They have gone above and beyond to fight her anxiety and have fit in around her crazy gcses schedule for lessons, coursework and the test. They are well prepared for dives & stock everything you need in their shop. New, second hand, rental or buying, they also offer cylinder refills and a service department. They are backed by a fabulous team around them of really nice, helpful guys. They are like a diving family. We have just spent the weekend with them diving at capernwray & they really made us feel like part the family. We met some lovely families and are thrilled with the service we got. We are about to relocate and are gutted we have to start again but they have still offered their services if we need any advice or help. What more could you want?β

βOutstanding study facilities, and great food and service received from Helen and co in The Catalyst Bistro. The Catalayst building is a deal breaker alone when deciding which uni to attend.β
βMy daughter goes to this school best in the area and the staff are brilliant so helpfulβ
βAbsolutely amazing. If you want your child in good hands dont be put off by the location. The staff is the heart of the nursery and the girls at little impressions are doing day in day out such a great job. My daughter did full time 5 days a week for almost 3 years and she has learned so much. Thank you allβ
βSuch a great hub of knowledge! I love the craft courses too, couldnβt recommend more if you want to learn knitting/ sewing/ crochet/ embroidery etc! Bev teaches it all!!!β

βMy former primary school miss it so much and the staffβ
βJust come back from having my first lesson. All I can say is wow! I didn't feel judged at all! Very informative, I had Sophie as the instructor and she was lovley! Definitely going back!β
βThis is going to be a very delayed review - I did my degree here from 1983 to 1986 when the second floor hosted the Combined Science Department of North Staffs Poly where I did Physics and the Dwight Building out the back was home to Ceramic Engineering. Visually, the building hasn't changed at all but the Student Union is much less dingy now - but we can't have everything! Stoke is a big-hearted and friendly place, which also went for the staff of the Mellor Building - I hope it's the same now! I had a wonderful time here...β
βOne of the best spaces to be in while studying in the UK. Absolutely chilled, the people are very friendly and accommodating. Best experience every time I'm here.β
βAll staff at Child 1st have been really good in helping our 3 year old to adapt to the pre-school environment ahead of him starting the School Nursery in September. From the settling in sessions to the communication on the app and in person we canβt fault it. Our son has enjoyed messy play and outdoor play and interacting with other children. This has also helped to further his development. We will be recommending Child 1st Stoke.β
