βCalled 111 for my wife; paramedics were here within 20 minutes staying with her for just over an hour before transporting her to A & E. They were totally professional and friendly which obviously helped with my wife who had been a nurse for 40 years. The A & E department were also professional catering to her needs and getting things done. Thanks go out to all concerned.β
βThanks God is no Sodexo who manage food in this Hospital... Congratulations to Canteen and Tina's Patisserie Hospital looks old but I love the "Academy". Really niceβ
βAmazing outdoor nursery that I would thoroughly recommend. My daughter has always been so happy in this setting, exploring the outdoors and learning as sheβs goes, just as it should be. The staff are friendly and caring, and happy to communicate.β

βOutstanding support. As with many people suffering physical and mental health disabilities my application for PIP was turned down and the mandatory reconsideration agreed with the original decision maker. My friends, family and colleagues suggested taking my claim to tribunal and when I received the 'bundle' of over 200 pages and lots of legal jargon in an intimidating cover letter, I knew I needed help. This bundle arrived with just under a month until the tribunal hearing. I had been advised to contact Disability Solutions by a therapist I am working with. It was the best advice I received! David was quick in responding to my initial enquiry and all subsequent emails with additions to my 'bundle'. Alice was a fantastic specialist who examined the legal aspects of my appeal paperwork and wrote some notes on things I could raise or questions I might need to answer. Although Alice was unable to attend with me due to a prior booking, her words and a detailed discussion with her helped greatly. I succeeded thanks to their help to meet the criteria for PIP daily living. I am so grateful for their support and friendliness from my initial email enquiry and my visits to the office and wish they could all be recognised for their efforts. Thank you.β

βIn my opinion the Crescent Academy is the best school if they have a great ways of teaching children learning methods to help them become geniuses sports days at the Crescent Academy make your children get involved and help them get into the winning spirits even know that it's not about winning it's about taking part they also encourage the children to try their best and win two certificates which gets awarded each week help the children feel like they have a competition so they want to learn more and become top of the class the certificates which are given out each week also help to students no that they are doing well in that lesson or in those subjects making them want to continue you being top and pursuing their Passions the Crescent Academy give the teachers that option to allow the students to go out for afternoon break only if they have done enough work and they have earned it or as a treat to Reading enough which I feel like really encourages for children to read and reading helps them expand their vocabulary and helps them with spelling and the way they write giving them neater and more visible handwriting and letter formation Overall the Crescent Academy is the best primary school about Speaking from experience because I was one of the students which went there even know that I prefer the old head the new head of the school really wants the best for our children The best Primary School ever Xoxoβ

βCan't speak too highly of them. My local pharmacy couldn't/wouldn't, give my wife the particular brand of medicine she needed. Tesco's contacted the manufacturers and made sure that she received it . Sevice prompt and pleasant at all times, had a problem which the regular pharmacist dealt with. First class service from all the staff.β
βThe staff at Kids Planet Apley are not only incredible kind and welcoming. They strive for our children's greatness and learning. My son has come out of his shell an immense amount since being apart of Kids Planet Apley. I wouldn't send my kids anywhere else. The manager is incredible with a great amount of patience and decorum.β
βBeen a member for many years & have made some good friends. There's usually an instructor available in the gym & the receptionists do their best to answer any queries. Sian is a lovely person who is very patient when serving drinks to a crowd! The only downside is when there are several machines out of action at the same time!β
βI would not have achieved what I have without the staff here. When I left school, I had no gcse's. I came here 2 years after I left school, due to family issues impacting my studies at previous colleges, and the staff here were so supportive. I achieved my gcse in english, which I never thought i would get, as well as DDM in Health and Social Care at level 3. I also was awarded student of the year, student of the month, and received a vocational specialist achievement award - all in the same year. I'm at uni now doing a masters in education, having secured an upper second class in my undergrad last year. I cannot thank these teaching staff enough for supporting me the way they did, both academically and personally.β

It's great to see him slowly learn how to make and play with friends and also have independence and confidence. We are very pleased with how friendly and accommodating the staff are! Thank you for everything you do for the kids.β
