“I can honestly say that I received an exemplary service from the Vision Express team in Longton. The optician I saw was very good and put me at my ease. I hadn’t been for any form of eye test for 20 years so I was quite anxious but I had absolutely no need to be! Staff were also extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. “What an absolute credit to the NHS. Mr Walker went out of his way to speak to me out of office hours, expedite appointments and get my daughter the surgery she needed all after being advised there was a long waiting list at a different hospital. Due to a preexisting condition surgery was not possible at his hospital. But due to him and his team forcing the issue, my daughter has now had the surgery. I arrived home yesterday to a letter apologising for the experience. Which honestly touched me so much. Thank you Simon for everything I would recommend you and your team to anyone and everyone.”

“The “Best Opticians “ I’ve visited in a while although I have a regular yearly appointment elsewhere. I have to say I’ve never felt more relaxed and been offered a drink of water or coffee a very personal experience and Courtney was great friendly and very knowledgeable and explained what she was going to do next and why. Her colleagues were very friendly and chatted while she was attending other customers before my appointment. I didn’t need my glasses changing but Courtney just showed me frames because I’d mentioned I might need to change my frames for deeper frames because of my recent skin condition.”

“Excellent job!! As parents of a 4 yr old autistic boy who needed circumcision, we were very worried especially about how it would be done under sedation. After having researched & on recommendation from another Surgeon, we wanted to get it done at Weston Surgical Centre where it’s done by Mr. Ahmed who’s a Paeds Surgeon. Honestly speaking, we were very happy how it all went through smoothly, thank God. All our apprehension & anxiety were gone after it was done. Our boy is back to his normal self without any traumatic memory of the procedure. Also, Mr. Ahmed was super kind to call back to follow up on our son following day to ascertain all is going as expected. I would highly recommend UK public looking for circumcision for their children. One good thing is the charges are not too much. Also, CQC rating is Good which is very obvious how friendly all staff have been to us. Mr. Ahmed makes sure that parents are informed abt the procedure very well.”
