βMy daughter struggled with her confidence in Maths, all throughout primary and secondary school. In Year10, I enrolled her at Kip McGrath, and within just 5 weeks her maths tutor at school could already tell the difference. My daughter had the confidence to ask a question in class, and that almost certainly got over her mental block and she realised she WAS able to do Maths, and get the right answers! As a parent, I cannot be more grateful to Joanne (her tutor), because my daughter went from getting a 4 last September, to a solid 6 in her GCSE, and the look of happiness in my daughterβs face when she came home with her results was just incredible. Mainstream teachers do not always have the time to help every pupil with every question, but I have seen an incredibly positive result in what 121 tuition can do, all thanks to Sarah at Kip McGrath and her tutor Joanne. Highly recommended.β
βSince moving to Mumbles from a childminder setting, our daughter has come on leaps and bounds. Staff have recognised when to move her up to more advanced stage classes, where she has thrived. In addition to this, we have worked together in trying to understand some of the negative behaviours, working closely to ensure we have put in the correct support measures for our child's needs. Thanks Team!β

βSamantha handled the sale of our house last summer. We found her to be very efficient and was always at the end of the phone if we needed advice. The sale of the house took much longer than expected, but Sam and her staff were very helpful when dealing with any problems. We are now settled in our new home and we would like to thank Austin & Roe for all there help. We would highly recommend them.β
βI have been an NHS patient with Abbey House Dental for many years now. When it became clear however that one of my lower molars was unable to be saved I had to start weighing up my options. In the end it turned out these were either a root canal, denture or an implant. Most of you reading this will know advanced options for dental help like Implants on the NHS are not funded - that is another discussion. After researching I came to the conclusion because it is such an important tooth that I needed to go for the implant. In the longer run I believe it will be the best decision. My dentist referred me to the Advanced Center where I talked to Mana, the treatment co-ordinator. The initial consultation is when you find out how much an implant is going to cost. Like most people (I imagine) my reaction to this was one of eye watering incredulity. Having since thought about it, I have softened a little given the team, the equipment, the skills of the professionals involved and the procedure. Even so, this puts Implants beyond the reach of many people which is unfortunate. Looking around other places is the same, there are some cheaper options, even going abroad but in the end I needed to get it done and by a team I could trust.β¨β¨Having decided it was my best option. I had an appointment with Dr Rehan where he explained the procedure clearly, answering my questions along the way. My treatment co-ordinator, Mand took a full 3D scan of my mouth, the results of which are mapped out and used to come up with the shape of the implant tooth. Thereβs some tech at work here. The appt was made for 2 weeks, especially important to me that it was as soon as possible as my tooth at this point had split in half above the gum and it was important to get it out. The dentist did explain at this point that this might make the removal a little harder. The first part of the procedure is to remove the broken tooth and install the implant screw. I was a little nervous. In the end the team injected my gum around the tooth and numbed it. For my operation there was a team of four. Another dentist came up during the procedure to help with extraction as this turned out to give Dr Rehan a number of challenges - basically without sounding too screamish, the extraction wasnβt straight forward as feared. To cut a long story short, I was impressed by the way the team dealt with it. I understand sometimes things donβt go to plan and the team Dr Rehan, another dentist from downstairs and (I think) Wioleta provided an outstanding service and level of care. It was uncomfortable at times for me, but I always felt like I was in good hands. I should mention in this review that clinic is impressive in terms of equipment and cleanliness - always a good sign. After around an hour, the operation to put the implant screw was a success. I did need to be topped up a couple of times to keep the area numb but the team made sure I was not in pain. I was shown the x-ray of the area and could see that the implant had gone in just the correct angle which was a relief. The implant screw had to go in a little deeper due to my bone density. I was given some antibiotics and mouthwash. Relieved but with a sore mouth (no blame attached of course it was going to be sore) I headed to the pharmacy and got some pain relief. First stage complete. I will be back shortly to have the implant fitted. Despite my moans about the cost I canβt fault the service or the team so I highly recommend.β

βWe all love Rooftop Studios! The kids have attended dance classes there and also party events. Mum attends the Adult Vocal Smash group which is run by the awesome Kit and is really great fun. It's a fab venue with inspirational staff and a lovely community to be part of. Would totally recommend.β
βIncredible event service! Arrived on the dot with pre cooled beer and wine. The wine was in cooler boxes to last 12 hours. Glasses for everything. The prices were similar to a supermarket; quality for quality. Friendly, relaxed service. Whatβs not to like? Superb!β

βProHort are amazing. I was in the awful situation when after submitting my planning application I was asked for a PRA by the district council before planning could be approved. As I was very short on time due to the bat season and surveys only being conducted over a few months in the summer, I contacted lots of companies who were very happy to help me with the PRA but if I did have any sign of bats they would be unable to carry out the surveys until the following year. This would have held up my project for approx 12 months. ProHort were different to all the other companies that I contacted, Annette phoned me on receiving my email and we discussed my project i.e. the house, the area and the likelihood of bats. This common-sense approach was a complete rarity in all the email responses and telephone calls I made. I canβt recommend ProHort highly enough they genuinely care for both the project and the wildlife.β
βCheck in was easy. The facilities are a great size and I love that each area is clearly marked for age groups. Equipment was clean and well maintained. Like that the tables go all the way around the sides, not bunched together in a corner. Had some coffee and a bite to eat as well. Lovely morning out. Will definitely be back.β
βWent to this school. It's the best! :Dβ

βThe most beautiful furnishings and lighting.β
βNoel and Chrissie were great hosts. They were so helpful and went out their way to make sure our stay was as comfy as possible for our family. The rooms were big and comfy and the breakfast was nice although continental was enough to set us up for the day. The location is great and although there was road works in the area we were sent directions and we arrived late our first night but Noel and Chrissie were so helpful on arrival. Would love to stay again and canβt recommend it enough.β
