“I love this place, staff are friendly, helpful and passionate. My daughter loves talking to the parrots and seeing the reptiles. It has a huge diversity of products and animals, they won't sell unless you show them your enclosure/hutch is suitable which I think is a fantastic policy.”

“Called in today near to closing time, the staff couldn't be more helpful, she stopped vacuuming the floor and came over to ask if we needed assistance, she was very helpful and certainly knew what she was talking about when we asked for advice for our dog who has a skin allergy especially at this time of year, she gave us professional advice as to what we can use, and the store has a big variety of pills, potions etc thank you we will be calling again soon”

“My Border Collie hates being bathed and brushed so I took her to The Groom Room Meole Brace retail park. I explained what she’s like and took treats for them to give to her if she got stressed. I was absolutely surprised when they said she was as good as gold and didn’t need the treats. She’s been three or four times now and we had her trimmed on one of the visits. She goes in with her tail wagging. She still won’t let us groom her though. I’m thrilled with the way my Rosie is treated and she looks and smells lovely and is genuinely happy when we go and collect her. Thankyou Groom Room”

“Always very good,so convenient and the girls are so friendly.They've built some new chalets for the cats and they look good,clean and modern.Some dogs nearby may be a problem but they soon settle down.Drop off and pickup anytime is really useful and quick.The Fairfield is on a very busy road so be careful leaving the premises.Wouldnt go anywhere else !”
