It was absolutely exceptional, the dentist and technician both made me feel at ease, not judged listened to my concerns and offered a treatment plan that would hopefully seek to return my teeth to a point of health. The other thing I’d like to point out is the investment in the practice itself - it’s a beautiful space, and so inviting, rather than obviously clinical. All the staff were friendly and patient, and the communication throughout from the initial conversation about re-joining to the helpful reminders left in voicemails, to everything being in an App- just such a pleasurable experience- especially considering the anxiety I had built about going to the dentist. From start to finish Lyndzi and Christie were extremely patient, caring and understanding. I’m a very nervous patient and they completely put me at ease, they explained everything to me, and did everything at my own pace. They work together so well, and have an amazing sense of humour. It all looks brand spanking new again and has made a real improvement to the 'kerb appeal' of my house.
