Our daughter has additional feeding needs (she has a nasogastric tube), and all of the staff have trained in using it. “The best ever nursery in Biddulph. My daughter tried other nurseries but ended up still crying after a month, until I found Willow Tree. I cannot thank the girls enough and I would highly recommend Willow Tree. My daughter loves going to nursery now. I did worry about the capacity as I wanted my son to get in as well, though luckily, they are both in now, happy happy. They have settled in amazingly well in a short period of time, and have gone above and beyond in supporting them. My son and daughter are doing brilliantly well, and their development have come on in leaps and bounds. They are always welcomed by staff, they feel happy, supported, and safe in their very cozy environment. I knew this nursery was for them as I felt like home the first time I visited. Their staff are amazing, and would offer to help our family whenever they could. Thank you so much Hannah, Laura, Donna, Sharon, Sarah, Grace, Laurie Dilecta and everybody. You are all amazing and I can’t thank you enough for everything you do.”

“I have used this pre-school setting for two of my children now each child will have done two years each, it is run to a high professional standard, with an open door policy, if I’ve had any issues they’re fast to act upon it. Both my girls have been happy to attend here, and have formed great relationships with the staff along the years, they are happy and thriving in their education for their age and it is due to the great support they've received from Elaine and the rest of the staff from an early age. My youngest is due to start in September too, he has SEN and they’ve offered extra settling in sessions and are more than happy to accommodate his needs. A very supportive setting to us as a whole family not just the children they care for.”
