Although it was past closing time she waited for my son and DIL to come to support me and she tranquilised Heidi so we could say our goodbyes to her. Personally not experienced long waiting times when ringing for appointments, visiting Surgery, or if waiting for a call back, never experienced a overly long wait.”

“Excellent job!! As parents of a 4 yr old autistic boy who needed circumcision, we were very worried especially about how it would be done under sedation. After having researched & on recommendation from another Surgeon, we wanted to get it done at Weston Surgical Centre where it’s done by Mr. Ahmed who’s a Paeds Surgeon. Honestly speaking, we were very happy how it all went through smoothly, thank God. All our apprehension & anxiety were gone after it was done. Our boy is back to his normal self without any traumatic memory of the procedure. Also, Mr. Ahmed was super kind to call back to follow up on our son following day to ascertain all is going as expected. I would highly recommend UK public looking for circumcision for their children. One good thing is the charges are not too much. Also, CQC rating is Good which is very obvious how friendly all staff have been to us. Mr. Ahmed makes sure that parents are informed abt the procedure very well.”

“I went to Sandra back in 2021 as I was due to have lip filler again. I chose Sandra for a few reasons. Firstly Bella Aesthetics is in a much easier location for me, being in the city centre of Stoke on Trent. Secondly my previous aesthetician had recently moved away from the area, and thirdly, Sandra’s transparency over social media with regards to her depth of knowledge and training really impressed me and made me feel I would be in safe hands. From the moment I messaged Sandra I felt reassured that she would help me decide which filler and technique would be best for me. My first experience having my lips filled left me feeling very apprehensive as it quite was painful so Sandra spent lots of time talking me through how she would manage my pain beforehand. On arrival at my appointment Sandra spent some time chatting to me about why I wanted the procedure, what results I hoped to achieve, what to expect in terms of recovery, pain and longevity as well as the minimal risks of side effects. Again I felt reassured I was in good hands as Sandra talked me through everything and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into going ahead. Sandra then applied lots of anaesthetic cream to my lips, then reapplied multiple times to ensure my comfort throughout. She was constantly checking that I was feeling okay and gave plenty of time for the anaesthetic to take full effect. I was then asked to lie on the bed and Sandra got to work! I cannot stress enough how professional and methodical Sandra is. With each injection she would step back and check how it looked as well as checking my comfort levels and giving me a cool pack to apply between injections. I was quite nervous that it would hurt but due to all the time spent beforehand I barely felt a thing! After Sandra had finished she gave me some instructions on how to take care of my lips for the next few days and said to contact her should I have any concerns. Admittedly I did get home and wonder what I’d done to myself as my lips looked enormous! I knew from my previous experience that the swelling would subside though. I did have to return to Sandra a few days later so she could massage the lumps out where the fuller had settled as I didn’t feel confident enough to do it myself, which she did wonderfully. Of course, my lips settled after a week or so and I longer feared for my face! They looked wonderful and I look forward to having them filled again soon. If you are considering any of the treatments Sandra has to offer, don’t hesitate to get in touch with her as she has a wealth of knowledge and experience, is constantly training and updating her services and she will not perform any procedure she doesn’t feel is 100% right for you.”

“Brand spanking new health centre! Incorporating two surgeries in one building Longton Hall and Willowbank. Seems farely efficient. So far so good! All on ground floor as far as I can tell. Car parking out front with bicycle bays directly infront of the building entrance. One waiting room just beyond reception foya. Each surgery has it's rooms either side of the adjoined waiting area. The entire middle section of which was blocked off for social distancing purposes. Obviously the waiting room was not designed for this. So everyone is sat against the wall of their surgery's corresponding corridor to it's rooms.”
