βBrowns are a first class dental surgery, and I highly recommend them. Every member of the staff there are very professional, courteous, caring, kind & gentle. The atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable. Jay has done work on my teeth, and explains thoroughly, exactly what he is going to do when you see him. I have been extremely pleased with the work Jay has completed so far. As recommended byJay, I need a bit more complex work to be done, which I will have done at the dental hospital, due to health issues. However when that has been completed, I look forward to returning to Browns, for Jay to complete the rest of my treatment. Browns are definitely worth every one of those 5 stars. βFrom the moment I made contact with the team at Solihull, It seemed that I mattered. At my first visit I was given not only all the information I could ask for, but also a gentleness and personal care that was to be honest quite unexpected. The day I went to have the implants fitted I was still slightly dreading what would happen, but I was helped to feel safe and actually remember nothing of the actual process. The temporary fitting worked really well, I was shown how to look after it and on the follow up visit given an electric toothbrush, a water flosser, and other bits and pieces. Most importantly I never felt judged or inadequate in any way. I wouldn't want to single anyone out as Mr Shergill and all the nursing and admin staff were professional, cheerful and kind. And I am not only delighted with the final result, I thank them all for making the experience so easy.β

βBest vets around I moved to blacks vets from another practice after being badly treated. I had been going to the previous practice for nearly TWO YEARS!!! and I was still no further forward with what was wrong with my dog Billy. After only two visits to blacks he was diagnosed with a rare life limiting illness sadly. I was devastated. From that moment on even with the insurance everything was dealt with amazingly. The staff are lovely, kind and understanding. The vet who I saw was so brilliant. He treated my Billy like his own. All insurance was paid out with no problems. To the point I used up my whole policy. Which due to the fact he had so much work done. They did everything they could to keep him going. At the end when the time came to say goodbye they treated us like royalty. Made us feel so special. It was such a peaceful passing. I was devastated. They even took a fur clipping and put it in a bottle for me and a paw print for me to ΠΊΠ΅Π΅Ρ. If you want a good, caring, genuine vets look no furtherβ

βWe've been taking our two rescue guinea pigs to 608 vets since we got them over 3 years ago. For most of our visits we have been looked after by the exotic vet, Sergio Rodriguez Valera. As they've got older they've had a few issues and this year, they needed two operations each, first for gynae problems and then for skin tumours. Sergio has done an amazing job with them, dealing with some difficult issues in two of the ops, and both guinea pigs are now doing great. He always took time to explain what he was doing, answering our many questions, and really cared about how they were. Five stars isn't really enough. Thank you Sergio, I don't think it's overstating it to say they probably wouldn't still be here without you.β

βOur elderly cat was a patient of AK Duncan for 18 months after we adopted her. She suffered from both thyroid issues and kidney failiure which meant she required regular vet visits and blood tests. Hannah was our primary vet and although our cat was an angry and difficult patient at times, she was always treated with gentle care and patience. Hannah did everything she could to provide options and care to prolong her life, comfortably and informed us of all options. Sadly we had to say goodbye to her a few weeks ago and again, although incredibly painful, Hannah went above and beyond to make it as comfortable and as dignified as possible. It was clear that she was invested in our family and our situation which was a huge comfort.β

βI am very satisfied and happy about Dr Ravinder, after hearing the problems that i had with my previous dentures from a different dentist, he was patient and knew exactly what he was doing. He was also explaining step by step what he was going to do and how long it could take. With these dentures, he wanted to make sure it was the best fit for me by making me close my jaw, opening it, biting down, etc. My old dentist had rushed the dentures and only had me open my mouth. As a result they kept popping out of my mouth when i was talking, drinking and eating.β
