“I visited Moston Dental Surgery in August, as I required an emergency appointment for a root canal. My local dentists in South Manc were unable to accommodate an emergency appointment. I spoke with the receptionist at Moston Dental Surgery and explained that the pain was absolute torture, and she kindly booked an appoitment for 11.30am on the day. I was greeted by the principle dentist Dr Muhammed AbdulHussain who assured me that he would alleviate the pain with a temporary procedure. He was friendly, personable and affable. The matter was soon resolved. I was pleasantly surprised that the cost was extremely reasonable, in comparison to the prices in Didsbury. The key factor was that there was no compromise on the quality of service or procedure. As a matter of fact it was of a very high standard and I would highly recommend that you consider this practice going forward. I have since visited on a few occasions to have a dental hygiene and a couple of fillings. I am currently undergoing a full root canal procedure. “Daisie, our fit, never ill 13.5 yr old Bichon Shih Tzu cross, was going off her food and had become very lethargic. She didn't want to jump in or out of the car, which was NOT like her at all. The next day I noticed she wobbled slightly one day after she came down stairs. I thank God I did. I was sure something was wrong, so we took her to our normal vets that day, and they referred us to VetsNow for a CT scan, within 2 hours, which showed a mass on her spleen. As there weren't any others we decided to operate, dispite her age, as she was normal very fit and healthy. Vets Now were wonderful, very kind, understanding, approachable and knowledgeable. NOTHING was to much trouble, all the staff were lovely. We know Daisie was lucky, her operation was curative. Whilst we were at Vets Now we saw just how dedicated they all are to saving your pets life, and how compassionate they are. I would not hesitate to take any of my pets to Vets Now again if their situation was life threatening. Daisie is now well on her way to a full recovery, and we're hoping to have her for a few more years yet. As far as the cost are concerned, yes, it was more expensive and came as a bit of a surprise, but on the flip side they are open 24/7, they are VERY well kitted out and basically just waiting to help your pet.”
