“Where to start….. I hope that management recognizes this and acknowledges the exceptional staff at this Co-op branch. I moved to Nantwich a couple of years ago and the staff have always been amazing and helpful. Every single one of them. This review today is down to Matt, one of the team leaders. Today, I came in as a regular and asked Matt for some advice. During our advice session, he informed me that my payment declined a couple of weeks ago, but I didn't have to worry because he took care of it. He has seen me several times since and hasn't chased me for it, which indicates that it was a genuine act of kindness. He spent his own wage on a shop that cost £30. I assume there is a procedure for people who don’t pay (especially if intentional) which this was definatly not and an honest mistake. he knew me as a regular and they know my daughter who is disabled so he knew this wasn’t intentional. I made it a point to repay him, which he declined, which was lovely on his part. Although it was a random act of kindness, it was significant, but I had to compensate for what he had lost. He deserves every penny he earns. But thank you, Matt. Due to my ADHD, I am prone to making mistakes because I don't slow down enough. I appreciate you trusting me and not judging me. Thank you for being a remarkable civilian and for being truthful. The fact that he did it and has seen me since without mentioning it is just so admirable on his part, although it was a rare special circumstance.. I am pleased that I have found out and repaid what I owed him. Had I left it to the co-op, it would have been their problem, but he took care of the company from his own back. Thankfully, there were no losses and everything was paid for. Co op you have an outstanding team. I want to express my thanks as a local fan :) Please note shops are not free. I will be making sure in future payments go through and i hope everyone else does too . But again thank you matt .”

“Always a decent experience if you count departing with money as being decent. This shop is always clean, mostly tidy. The staff are very pleasant and they usually have a good stock of all the daily essentials. The only thing lacking is their famous cafe!!”

“Ordered for the first time last night and have to say it was absolutely lovely! The portion sizes were really decent, especially for the chips and Donner meat. Normally, I end up with chips galore and just a few pieces of Donner, but this time it was an equal share of each. The added cheese was actually melted and plentiful, spread throughout the dish. It tasted lovely, slightly greasy, but no more than usual kebab food. The chicken was really nice too—perfectly hot, well-cooked, and flavourful. They could be a bit more generous with the sauce; I prefer a bit more than there was, but now I know to ask for extra next time. The food arrived quickly, and the driver was friendly too. I will definitely be ordering again and recommending them to friends and family!”

“Love the mix kebab on the fresh nan bread, steak and Donna meat , salad chillies salt and lemon or with sweetcorn relish . Straight out from Nakasha night club or The Cat. Or home alone. “I have been using crewe tiger bites regularly since october due to an accident and pretty much house bound til my fractured back repairs. They have delivered hot food to me regularly and often between midnight and 3 in the morning as my body clock has been all over the place. Not only have they been quick to deliver in all weathers but when my little rubbish bags have been on the step they have offered to put them in black bin....one evan put my black bin when full on the street for me....now thats service with a smile. Food is nice good prices and all i can say is thank you to the staff and delivery drivers who have been very kind.”
