“The Lodge has triumphed again this weekend with a great music afternoon and footy in the evening (shame about the result). Carl and Sarah never disappoint, great owners and hosts with their fingers on the pulse when it comes to quality and variety of beer, a constantly changing choice whilst retaining the firm favourites that customers favour. Such a lot of transformational work has been carried out here both internally and externally, a great place to meet friends and chat with regulars. Last afternoon/evening ran like clockwork so well done to all your hardworking staff who support you. “Probably the best coffee house in Crewe town centre. Coffee is excellent as are the selector hot and cold snacks. Add to that the cakes and sweet treats and you've got a really good food and drink offering. The atmosphere chilled and relaxed with more gentle background music. No banging pop or rock tunes here. There's even a library and reading area where you can sit and sip away to your heart's content. This place has a very sophisticated upmarket feel usually found in much larger towns or cities. The staff are always polite and friendly and deliver a mean coffee of your choosing.”

“We arrived mid afternoon in our Motorhome with plans to eat in the pub and stay in the car park overnight. The staff were very accommodating and said it was no problem for us to do this. We had a light lunch and drinks in the afternoon then returned in the evening for dinner at a table I had booked a few days prior to our visit. The food was fantastic and the service was first class. Will definitely return if in the area again”
