Mr Walker went out of his way to speak to me out of office hours, expedite appointments and get my daughter the surgery she needed all after being advised there was a long waiting list at a different hospital. Due to a preexisting condition surgery was not possible at his hospital. But due to him and his team forcing the issue, my daughter has now had the surgery. I arrived home yesterday to a letter apologising for the experience. Which honestly touched me so much. Thank you Simon for everything I would recommend you and your team to anyone and everyone.”

Leaving me without medication. Rowlands pharmacy ordered my medication in the next day, even before the GP issued my replacement prescription to Rowlands. This is now my nominated pharmacy. It is always very efficient and very short waiting times. Highly recommend.”

“For over 10 years I've used this pharmacy and I've never had any trouble, the staff are always polite to me. Repeat prescriptions take at least a week or more to be processed, you can often see big piles of prescriptions in boxes behind the counter, which shows how constantly busy it is and how hard the staff work. If I'm low on important medication they will do their best to get it sorted, and if that's not possible recommend where to go and who can help.”

Staff get a lot of pressure that I’ve not witnessed in other pharmacies even with similar wait times…firm but fair, obviously a busy shop. Female pharmacist is very efficient and male pharmacist who’s in on Fridays is very caring and patient with people who don’t seem to warrant patience. Big improvement in last 12 months - went from a 4 hour queue to a 2 min queue and a 10 min wait for a big prescription so I can’t complain.”
