“Love this beach, so big and even though lots of dog walkers about there was more than enough space. Perfect for the dogs. No signal so had to drive about 10 minutes to use the app. Didn’t realise though they the parking machine was contactless.”
“Lovely cinema, comfy seats, friendly staff, it's just up from Dennys so it's in a great location. Plenty of parking too, just remember to enter your vehicle registration into the tablet at the cashier desk when you get there, or you will be fined after 2 hours.”
“Great food cooked fresh very friendly family run business with great staff”
“Unbelievable food. You can really tell that the staff care about the quality of the food they serve. If you live in the area or are visiting, this is a must-try. Good energy in the kitchen and you can tell by the flavours! I’ve worked in food & wine industry for a good while and I was blown away by the food presentation, quality of ingredients, and the service. It was hard to choose what to order; luckily my table was keen to share lots of small plates. I would highly recommend sharing a few things. I will absolutely return to try more of the breakfast & daytime menu. Great wine options also. I was told that they update the menu regularly with seasonal ingredients so I’m very excited to keep visiting!”
“The best coffee you can get a very chic cafe with excellent coffee and bites to eat. A very welcoming and refreshing change to the usual chains. Excellent service and value for money a must visit if in the area.”
“Classy cafe-bar with quality drinks & a good tapas menu in the evenings. Was here on a Friday evening - Google said busier than usual, which was a surprise given the quality of the experience. Started with cocktails from their menu - both the Expresso Martini and the Princess & the Pea special were lovely! Had some of the tapas menu - all excellent, although the Mac & Cheese was fairly spicy. Nice atmosphere, but not a special as the drinks & food. Well worth a visit!”
“Love this place. Can’t recommend it enough. The food is always stunning the staff are really friendly and it’s a lovely atmosphere there. Come regularly with my dad and we love it.”
“Coming as tourists, we were excited to try some good ol' Welsh fare. Stumbled upon Gershwins via Google and wolfed down a delightful "rarebit" ciabbata and excellent traditional Welsh breakfast. Great service and value too! Highly recommended for a nice brunch/lunch around swansea city centre.”
“I had a great breakfast on Monday morning here. Plenty of available tables around 10am, even ones to sit outside if you're brave enough to face the Welsh weather. The young staff were super friendly, I ordered the largest breakfast and it was no trouble to substitute one item that I don't like for an extra hash brown. The portions were large (just what I wanted!) it was everything a full English breakfast is expected to be from a traditional cafe. The complimentary cuppa goes a long way too, as many places charge extra for this lately. My only suggestion, I didn't see fried bread on the menu which isn't something I go for, but my friend who usually goes for breakfast with me will always ask for it (the staff were so obliging, I'm sure they'd fry some bread if requested) thanks for a great start to my week, guys”
“Visited on Easter Sunday. The food and coffee was excellent, time and effort had gone into making the chicken tikka baguette and it was delicious. Have to also mention the lady serving on her own, can imagine that can't be easy when it's busy, credit where credit is due what a job she was doing”
“A great, modestly sized coffee shop - with welcoming staff and great flat whites. We had a couple of toasted sandwiches whilst Zoey the dog enjoyed the warmth, and the view, from beneath our table. A small Mumbles treasure - we will break from our walk there again...”
“Lots of food and it tasted great.”
“Deliciously stunning, both visually and tastefully”
“Nice good coffee shop, very pleasent ,hard working staff, good service and coffee. Used many a time, never had any problems. Just remember if busy, its not the staff fault so be patient and polite.”
“Took my little one 2 years old Absolute perfect play area Didn't have to constantly follow her around plenty of room and space. Very friendly staff all facilities you'd need.”
“A great place to sit down and do a bit of work with a tasty cuppa, very friendly owners and a comfortable cozy atmosphere - would definitely recommend a visit!”
“Lovely little place. Good coffee and plenty of character.”
“We went in twice while on holidays. Although they only did sandwiches the first time we went, it was lovely! Second time we went for breakfast, we had a small issue with the food, however the service we had was impeccable! Could not have been apologic. Would go back again when we visit porthcawl again.”
