We were warmly welcomed by your sales representative, Benjamin, whose service was nothing short of excellent. Benjamin listened carefully to our requirements and patiently showed us a range of mattresses that met our needs. At no point did we feel pressured — instead, he provided expert advice with a calm, friendly, and professional manner that made all the difference. His product knowledge was impressive, and his approach made us feel completely at ease. We sat in the car afterward and agreed that, based almost entirely on the exceptional customer experience Benjamin provided, we would purchase the mattress he had recommended. By chance, one was in stock, and he kindly helped us load it into the car. After our first night sleeping on the new mattress, I woke up feeling like a completely new person — truly refreshed and renewed. Benjamin’s recommendation was spot on. I cannot thank him enough. “Excellent American smoke house restaurant at Llanelli beach by the old dock. Not far from the main road and well worth searching out if you're into lots of BBQ style meat. Good menu with gluten free options. Ideal for large parties, families and couples. Not been open long but the food and service is excellent.”

They helped bring the items to the car, just asked us to move it closer for ease if life. Was well maintained and clean, with lots of clearance items by the tills.”

“What a superb company to deal with. Ordered a tumble dryer on Friday with free delivery Saturday morning. Unfortunately on unpackaging the item was damaged (not their fault). One phone call and within 30 mins another van was at our front door replacing the damaged item. Superb customer service.”

“Me, my wife and 3 kids stayed here for 4 nights in the last week of August 2024. What a brilliant apartment it is to access all the beauty spots in and around the gower peninsula. The apartment itself is 5*, spotless, and literally has everything you'd need including incredible views of Llanelli beach. Sally was a brilliant host from initial contact to the clear instructions after booking. From then on, we didn't need to contact her once as the apartment literally had everything we needed. You do have to climb 6 flights of stairs to the apartment but it's well worth it for the views. Nice comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and showers, shampoo and shower gel, toiletries, great kitchen, utensils and balconies. Smart TVs and surround sound as well as a selection of board games for a family games night. Do not hesitate, just go for it. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Sally for offering classy accommodation at an affordable price.”
