“Went to Fendrod MOT Centre for the first time today! Absolutely brilliant service received! Could not have asked for better... Parking was easy in a dedicated car park.... Good fair honest pricing. Great communication all the way through. Kept the parts that were changed out to show me what work was done to get a pass. Broke down the bill as work done & hourly rates etc etc. Owner had a Friendly approach with an obvious willingness and want to help and assist! They’ve always been honest and sometimes I’ve gone for a job and they’ve told me it wasn’t necessary; recently I thought I had a serious oil leak but they patched it up and sorted it quickly and without extra charges. “Turned up unannounced to have the air con in my Audi A3 re-gassed. All done and tested within the hour and charged £40 odd. A bit disappointed that an email I had sent them enquiring about this type of service a few days before had gone ignored and they didn’t seem too bothered about it when I mentioned it. Overall a good service with the air conditioning at a very reasonable price.”

“Can highly recommend this company, with 25y+ experience in just one of they're technicians, my starting/egr/drive-train issue that Citroen failed to investigate fully was diagnosed within 30 minutes and without the attitude I'd received from the dealership, going on about how busy they were, DIYer' fixing they're own vehicles using non-standard parts, internet, forums, amateurs blah blah blah prompted me to look elsewhere. Yes, I could have returned it to the dealership for them to have another look but the trust isn't there due to they're attitude. City Electro checked everything, sorted the main issue and clarified any worries I had. In fairness to the dealership the action they took fixed the one issue but I had complained about it not starting easily, they just did the easiest solution which happened to cure one fault.”
