“This Doctors surgery is probably the best in Neath. This has been my Drs and my parents for over 60 years plus. Whilst things have changed there since covid like everywhere else has and the NHS is quite obviously struggling in Wales I still think the patients at Dyfed Road Surgery are lucky to be registered there.I have always found the receptionists there extremely helpful and knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you when they can . They always try to get you appts quickly if you have an urgent medical need and always ring back with information when they say they will!”

“I visited Briton Ferry Dental practice for the first time yesterday. I was extremely impressed with the wonderful customer service I experienced from all staff and the practice manager from the minute I walked in the door. This wonderful customer service continued by the dentist (Rashika) herself and her dental nurse Emili. Who explained everything to me and made me comfortable during my treatment. The practice was so clean, organised, well run and my treatment plan explained to me in great detail. I don’t normally write such long feedback but I felt so grateful I just had to. Thank you everyone and well done on such an amazing practice. Xx”

“I've been going here for rhe past 9yrs with ailments Ailments I have developed. From the moment I came through the door I felt Welcome. The staff in the Pharmacy are very helpful and will do all they can to find an answer to yoyr query. If an in depth answer is needed about medication the Pharmacist is on hand to answer and advise. In the Wellness Clinic the ladies you meet are Yvonne and Heidi. Sometimes the owner herself will greet you and sort you out reguarding your query or appointment. I cannot speak highly enough of the Practitioners who give treatments. Confidentiality is uppermost and adhered to. A warm welcoming Pharmacy and Wellness Clinic. I cannot speak highly enough of it. This year the Staff and Owner Alison Sparkes have won 3 National Awards. Their professional and excellent way of working is being recognised Nationally. Well done to Alison Sparks and the whole team. A very forward looking Health business the people of Neath should be very proud of. Frances Mayo.”
