“I recently collected some cupcakes for a birthday from your little tea room. They were cookie monster ones, they were fantastic, they were lovely. You so often get them from large chain stores and they're heavy and tasteless. Yours were very light and beautiful. Even the bright blue icing was tasty. They looked brilliant, I collected them not knowing what I was picking up. I had a smile all the way home and long after.... I actually felt bad for eating them, it was a shame to do so. The coffee is brilliant too, with a great range of options to suit everyone’s taste. Whether you fancy a strong espresso or a creamy latte, they get it just right every time. The staff are a real credit to the place—so friendly, polite, and genuinely welcoming. It’s a small, family-run business, and you can tell they put their heart into everything they do. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. The ingredients are always fresh, and the tables, chairs, and cutlery are spotless. It’s also reassuring to see their hygiene rating proudly displayed at the front of the shop. One of the best things about this bakery is the space. It’s not cramped like some cafés, and there’s even a lovely garden where you can sit outside and enjoy your food in the fresh air. It’s such a peaceful spot to relax, especially on a sunny day. Given the rise in the cost of living, I also really appreciate that the prices here are very reasonable. You get great quality food and drinks without feeling like you’re overspending, which makes it even easier to keep coming back! All in all, I highly recommend this bakery.
