“We were served wonderfully by Eva - polite, friendly, attentive and multilingual! We had perfectly made coffee, and fresh juice. There's a great atmosphere in the bakery, which is well used by the local community. There is lots of space inside and some outside tables as well. My companions enjoyed the pastries very much, but as a vegan with a wheat intolerance this was not the place for me to eat! However, I enjoyed our visit very much.”

“A little over 7£ for two pastries. We got almond croissant and a fruit danish, both tasted divine. Theres a layer of what tastes like evaporated milk in the middle of the pastry layers which elevates them to the next level. Very impressed.”

“Highly recommend The Italian Bakery! Amazing menu, lovely appetisers, incredible pizzas and desserts. The croissants also are soo good! I went for the Mortazza pizza and it was absolutely delicious. Of course I also had my favourite beer Ichnusa-non filtrata. “The mince pies were spectacular, honestly wish we’d ordered more. The biscuit tins were beautiful, we used one as a present. A special thank you to the bakery accommodating a late request to be delivered Christmas Eve. We can’t wait to visit the shop again and eat in, which both the wife and I did in the summer and the menu was stunning. Happy New Year.”

Staff are nice I know some of them working there long time they are friendly and smiling always, but some of the new staff not really nice.. However I recommend this place, clean amd tidy always”

“This is a lovely bakery and we enjoyed afternoon tea. Service cannot be faulted. The Danish pastries are authentic, and I can say that with some authority as my family are Danish and my grandfather was a Baker in Denmark. Loved the hints of Denmark, the bike, the coffee can, and the teak furniture. My only thought to make a more hygge vibe, would be to add some tealights to each table. We had a vegetarian afternoon tea, it was very generous and we went home with a doggy bag. The open sandwiches served on rye bread were really tasty, would just have loved a bit of Danish blue. The cakes and pastries were lovely, would have liked Kanel stang, though the spandauer were really tasty. If you want an authentic Danish bakery, this is the place to go. Recently went to Scandinavian Kitchen in London and was disappointed, so don't go there, go to Brod, a ittle bit if Denmark in Wales.”

“We ate here on the first night of our holiday and so glad we did. We ate early (6.45pm) and it filled up quite quickly after 7pm. The range of tapas options was great, with different food styles and flavours from around the world. We ordered 6 dishes, no bread, with the intention of having dessert, but we were too full. Never mind what we had was delicious! The wine by the glass was also very good. £80 total, including tip.”

“Stumbled across this place almost by accident. Well named as if you weren't looking for it you might easily pass by without seeing it. Food was excellent, portion sizes are huge and the prices are beyond reasonable. Only complaint was we were too full to try the delicious looking cakes they had on offer. Guess we'll just have to go back. If you're in the area definitely check it out. If not I'd recommend going out your way to try it.”

“Staff 10/10. They are amazing. Me and my brother and I have been here a few days a week the past fortnite, and I can honestly say that the staff make this place what it is! WARNING! THE SAUSAGE ROLLS ARE HEAVILY ADDICTIVE but they run out, so get there extra early as we do! I will return here as much as I can. I'd rather put my hard earned cash here over anywhere else locally!”
