“We enjoyed a delicious Afternoon Tea for 3 today. The food was amazing along with the attentive staff - nothing was too much trouble. Delicious sandwiches, salad, crisps and an abundance of delicious home-made cakes. Definitely recommend this lovely establishment if you visit Wigan.”

“Brilliant! I think any low review of this place is a little bit dramatic, I eat here a lot since I discovered it and they have some of the best food I have ever tasted. It is always so fresh and well prepared every time without fail. Furthermore, the great food is accompanied by lovely staff, always happy and helpful and you can really get along great with them and they give you a great sense of friendship. All around this place is fantastic and I would honestly highly advise you go and try it out for yourselves!”

“Even though Google says it opens at 8am on a Saturday it actually opens at 9am,that didn't matter when we turned up at 08:15,the lady opened up and cooked the 3 off us a cracking breakfast lovely food and lovely people,highly recommended.Will call here again next time we are in the area.”

“We enjoyed a lovely breakfast today at Malt Mill Coffee and Bakery. The coffee was perfect strength and temperature with extra special touches of grated chocolate on the top. The breakfast burger was 10/10 with a delicious homemade burger patty and perfectly cooked eggs. I myself felt like something a little lighter and I was very impressed by the homemade marmalade on sour dough. We enjoyed the warm homely environment with plenty of beautiful antique posters and mood music. A beautiful was for some Aussie travellers to start their day. Thankyou so much . “Enjoyed coffee and custard slice here with a friend last Saturday. The coffee was lovely and hot. There is a fantastic selection of cakes and pastries. The staff were pleasant and friendly. Lisbon has a great vibe about it and was busy. If you are in the vicinity give it a try, you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be back when we are in Plymouth.”

“Popped in to get an ice cream for our elderly spaniel. Ended up having a coffee and seat. Dog had an ice cream and sleep on the couch and we enjoyed a lovely coffee. Wonderful little place. When he wakes up, got some brownies to enjoy.”

“Wanted to go here for some time and it did not disappoint!!! As soon as you walk through the door the gingerbread smell hits you, all hand made delights with so much to choose from. Not only is there sweet treats but the savoury selection is top quality too, and the coffee is brilliant! All at a more then reasonable price. “Highly recommend. Brilliant customer service. The cake smelt amazing and everything I had asked for was put into the design. The dogs absolutely loved it. It made Brucie's 10th birthday so special. We definitely will be back for our other dogs birthday. Here are some photos - however due to the hot weather I did put the cake in the fridge, hence why it cracked slightly but that was my own doing. It still looked & smelt amazing.”

“They sell the most delicious cakes - the salted caramel brownies were heavenly, so good we went in the morning and then returned again in the afternoon. The iced coffee tasted like burnt caramel and sweeter than i'd usually have, but it was very nice and hit the spot. The lady was friendly and helpful, giving us tips on where to go locally. Worth a visit if you're in the area...or even a diversion if you have a sweet tooth!”
