“As this was my first experience with a counsellor I was initially a bit anxious as to what it would be like, but I was soon made to feel at ease and after a couple of sessions I felt confident talking about my problems. I found that she fully listened to what I said and help understand my problems and what I needed to do overcome them. Also, I found the counselling was in a relaxed and informal manner without the need to fill in lots of forms between session, which I found more beneficial. I would highly recommend Aspirations Counselling Service to any of my friends and family who are seeking some additional help with their lives and I will be more than willing to use them again if I find need or I am struggling with certain parts of my life again.
