“Visited this salon recently to get some info on their treatments etc as I wanted a to book a pamper session or something as a gift for my wife. I was pleasantly surprised how helpful the lady I spoke to (the owner) was and after discussing what my wife might like I decided to book her in for a massage, what I was particularly impressed with was how the lady listened to me and explained how given the fact my wife suffers with her back that a back massage would be of more benefit for her even though she could have just sold a full body massage which was dearer. Nice to see this day in age a place where need is more important than money. My wife attended her massage and she was well impressed, so much so I have booked myself in now to. Well done Lavandula blu. You now have gained 2 very happy customers.”

“Maxine helped me today with purchasing a bike from Halfords in bilston, very friendly and helpful Right from the start, I asked if it would be possible for the bike to be assembled the same day so I could leave with it, she informed me she would need to ask a colleague for assistance as there were already other bikes in being serviced etc. so I went away for half an hour and came back to see if the colleague would be able to help, only to find that she’d done it herself while I was gone, so I was able to take the bike away which saved us having to return. You don’t very often come across that level of customer service. Very grateful and appreciative to Maxine. Thankyou.”

“I've just read review of 1 dissatisfied patient and will wholeheartedly disagree with this review, Abbie is very professional and pleasant young lady, perhaps it was the way she was spoken to and was looked down at that Abbie felt uncomfortable, I'm amazed how this patient has personally attacked a young woman because she is upset with the service she received! Naming names when Abbie was not involved with the dental treatment, this practice is amazing please dont listen to gossip check it out yourself.”

“Excellent service from beginning to end. The staff are lovely and look after you very well. I had a sinus lift, two implants, 4 teeth. One of my implants failed shortly after fitting (it didn’t adhere well to my jaw) and this was replaced free of charge. Would highly recommend.”
