“Maxine helped me today with purchasing a bike from Halfords in bilston, very friendly and helpful Right from the start, I asked if it would be possible for the bike to be assembled the same day so I could leave with it, she informed me she would need to ask a colleague for assistance as there were already other bikes in being serviced etc. so I went away for half an hour and came back to see if the colleague would be able to help, only to find that she’d done it herself while I was gone, so I was able to take the bike away which saved us having to return.
