“I thought I would leave a review for Dr Shirin Hama As I’ve seen her twice she did an extraction which I didn’t even know when my tooth was out. She made me feel comfortable talked me through the whole procedure told me what to expect and each time made me Feel comfortable made me know exactly what she was going to doing and if it was going to be uncomfortable. Its the Second time i have seen Dr Shirin Hama this time i had dry socket straight away Dr Shirin Hama knew exactly what it was straight away. She was absolutely excellent and I felt in safe hands and instantly my panic went so well spoken and professional, I would also like to add I didn’t feel rushed like most dentists have made me feel in the past. I think this Dr Shirin needs to be recognised for her expertise patients softly spoken and also making me as a patient feel like I am in good hands and she knows exactly what she saying. “Tooth Extraction - I had been waiting over a year for this appointment at New Cross Hospital and following the consultation there, unfortunately they made me even more anxious. So I contacted my dentist back at Treetops to ask if there was anymore options so that I didn’t need to have it done at the hospital. They contacted their specialist dentist Neeraj Pattani to ask him to check over the X-rays to see if this was something he could do. It was a more complicated case as the tooth root was very close to the sinuses. Treetops contacted me and told me that Neeraj was happy to do the procedure and that I could bring someone with me for support. On the day of the extraction, I was extremely nervous. From the moment I walked into the surgery they immediately tried to make me feel relaxed. The receptionists were reassuring, the dental nurse and Neeraj. He talked over exactly what he was going to do and he was so calming and reassuring with everything. There was no rush, I felt heard and both Neeraj and Emma (my dental nurse) made me feel so comfortable. The tooth extraction was nothing like I imagined. I didn’t even feel him take the tooth out. He was speaking to me the whole way through telling me what he was doing and Emma having a comforting hand on my shoulder to reassure me she was still there and I was doing so well. Having had such a bad experience previously at the hospital and the thought of having to go there again and have something like that happen again terrified me. I cannot thank the staff at Treetops enough for how they treated me and made me feel. They were amazing and we are so lucky to have such an amazing dentist here in Wolverhampton. A huge thank you to Neeraj and Emma for what they did for me on that day. Their kindness cost nothing but meant the world to me. Thank you Treetops.”
