“Nice shop in strategic location. Great products with good service. The staff I met was helpful. She has to leave what she was doing in order to direct me where to get the stuff I was looking for. The environment was also nice and tidy. Great encounter.”
“Came here for Slim Chickens a few weeks ago. They didn't accept Slim Chickens vouchers off app so bear that in mind. But the service was brilliant. We went around 6pm. It wasn't too busy but busy enough. Got served after a few minutes, ordered what we wanted. Were advised coffee machine was broken. Ordered and had tea instead to drink and Fanta. Food came out in about 5 or 10 minutes to the table which was brill. Told them the tea pot was leaking everywhere and she said it's happened often and brought over the better tea pots they had. Excellent customer service. Food was lovely. Would definitely come back.”

“Store clean and tidy, staff friendly and helpful, well stocked.”
“Lovely friendly staff, wide range of products and very reasonable prices. I got 2 bottles of conditioner, some hand-wash, washing up liquid and and some linseeds for just over £12! Recommended this place to all my friends and family to help combat our plastic problem and support a local business. They have some great pop-up events too, Can't wait to go again :)”
“I've lived near this shop for a few months now, and I can definitively say they are the friendliest people, shopkeepers or otherwise, that I have ever met. They're always happy to chat, and they won't bat an eyelid if you need help. They're not just shopkeepers, they're more like neighbours. The shop has an adequate supply of items, including your everyday milk, butter, flour, etc... And products you're not using as often, but still might find yourself needing, and of course your usual supply of corner shop crisps and sweets. They get new stock regularly and do good discounts on items near their sell-by-date, and it's all still fine to eat, as long as you're not intending to keep it for a long time. If you're looking for a friendly shopping experience with everything you need, with a slight convenience tax, you've found the perfect shop.”
