   Nice showroom and some stunning kitchens available. Peter establised our needs prepared us a good design and came up with some helpful ideas. The pricing is always a little inflated as it is with most kitchen places so wait for offers, do a deal, Peter has a straightforward as he could be on this I think. I did seem it a bit strange that their Teams chat celebrating getting sales in at other branches was there for customers to see.

   if i could give zero stars i would... We ordered our kitchen through magnet Coventry using their designer peter. With 20 years of experience, peter managed somehow to measure our kitchen completely wrong which resulted in the units not fitting and them sending out the right sized units to replace... but with these new units they still owe us 2 more handles, one base unit end panel and one more joining kit for us to finish the kitchen... Peter and this rest of the team have now resulted in ignoring any emails of ours, not returning our calls and making it out they are busy and will get back to us but never will. I find it absolutely disgusting that we have paid so much for our kitchen from this branch to end up with workers completely ignoring us and not giving us what they owe us in order to finish the kitchen when it was their fault measuring our kitchen wrong. I would not recommend magnet or this branch to anyone in the future.

   Worst customer service I’ve come across. I expected a lot more. Every kitchen place I’ve been to over the last few weeks have been very welcoming and understanding. Magnet may have good quality kitchens but the way the designer spoke to us completely put me off. He had a 20 years service award sitting on his desk which baffled me. I may have just got unlucky and everyone else is probably really nice, but they lost a sale

   Good sized Magnet with lots of choice and multiple kitchens for you to see. We liked the fact we could brows and were not hastled to buy anything. Also, we hot there late on a Sundsy afternoon and were not rushed out the door. So a big well done to the two members of staff working there. One improvement we would like to see which applies to all Magnet stores, is list all the appliances, sinks and handles that you have showing for each kitchen. We saw several we liked, but did not know what they were called or the model. I appreciate you want customers to ask about prices, but general info would be appreciated. Also the type and name of worktops.
