   Ella one of our adopted feral cats (from the UAE) is very feisty but the Vet was kind and even managed to weigh her, check her heart and give her annual injections. Overall extremely pleased with the kindness and care given. Karen and Craig, Gedling.

   A couple of weeks ago we discovered that my two Huskies had eaten RAT POISON.After initial panic I was thankful to Rachel at Medivet saying she would see them. Rachel injected them both to make them sick and some of the poison was in the vomit.Now, being pensioners we couldn't afford for them to stay in for observation so we we're given the choice to take them both home and we treat them with the charcoal that we were prescribed. After a day of administering charcoal we have to give them 21 days of K1 vitamin. We didn't think they would make it through, but,I will be eternally grateful to Rachel and staff at Sherwood,I still have my two crazy Huskies.I cannot thank Rachel enough for her quick intervention.

   Nice little practice, ideal if you live nearby. I find the evening appointment option particularly useful. Staff is lovely, caring and very kind. If more serious tests are necessary they can schedule them in their bigger practice in Sherwood.

   I highly recommend this vets to treat your pet like one of their own. A personal thank you to Jade who had done an amazing job with my crazy staffie Diesel, she took her time checking over him and kept him calm as he always turned up excited to meet new people. I sadly had to say goodbye to my fur baby on 18th November and I couldn't have asked for a better vet. We will never forget the kindness and love she showed to Diesel at the most heartbreaking time, my Diesel passed peacefully and I will never forget that. Thank you to all staff at Medivet Netherfield

   Tried to call on 3 different occasions last time I was on the phone 42 minutes so I thought I will drive down Whilst I was still on hold I walked into the vets to show them how long I was on hold for and there wasn’t even one person in there they was just blatantly just ignoring the phone I am absolutely fuming then I tried to do a on line complaint and it’s got technical issues so can’t even put a complaint in

   Our cat, Sooty, was very well looked after and the vet took good care of her. She needs her teeth looking at, and the process was explained very clearly and how the quote/bill was calculated. Wouldn't take Sooty anywhere else. Thank you.

   Poor hygiene practice standards, vet covered my cat in dirty towel that had big clumps of other animals hair, that had been shared between animals, risking cross-contamination from sick to healthy animals. During my cat's routine appointment at Netherfield practice, the vet (Miss Elena Rivero) grabbed a very visibly dirty towel that had obvious big chunks of animal hair and covered my cat with it, assisted by the receptionist. When I complained about this to the receptionist, there was no apology, and he claimed that the towel was clean and that the big clumps of animal hair in the towel were clean!! I find this appalling and unacceptable for a vet practice. Vets should sanitize hands, consultation table, and equipment after each animal. And shouldn't use same towel on more than one animal. Practice hygiene standards need improvement.
