Annie from minster vets is absolutely incredible! I have been taking my cat pumpkin for the last year or so as she has allergies. Annie has been so knowledgeable around her allergies and super kind! Thankyou minster vets and Annie.
Friendly team. Made me welcome. The flea treatment from them is absolutely spot on( no pun intended!). My cat is 100% flea free. Not even one! I'm pleased
I cannot fault this practice. So caring and compassionate. I've now moved my other two dogs to this vets. We had to have my cavalier PTS after discovering she had nasal cancer. And as traumatic as it was, the care we received before, during and after by every member of staff, was so heartfelt. We were treated so well and it wasn't all about the £ sign as it was at our last vets practice. Would highly recommend.

A great vet, very knowledgeable and attentive. We're brilliant when I sadly had to have my last dog PTS. That's why I'm still going, felt very respected in the difficult situation and during lockdown.
We registered our dog with minster vets and have been to the Fernwood, Newark and Southwell centres within the last year for various things from vaccinations, parasite treatments to sickness and castration. They look after the dog really well and make sure that you're not nervous either. The aftercare is also fantastic and check in to see how everything is going after the procedures. They completely offer a 5 star service everytime.
Bestest ever Vets (an I've had a few) Been loyal an a very grateful patient at both the North Gate & Fernwood Branches and each an everytime treated with thought, consideration & catered for mine & my pets needs & requirements before cost each an every time. Rarely u cum across a service provider, whether its ya Broadband, Travel Agent or in this case your Veterinarian where u can honestly say "YES 5 *'s" to a company's Front line, Adminstration & Managerial Dept's. Let alone the Overall Servicres inc. After-Care which, let's be honest is nonexistent once they've took ya cash. This may seem like an old ol' rant, but if like me ya love ya pet (or pets) like u would a child then you'll know when their I'll u av no choice but to out their life in the hands of a vet like u would put a child's life in the hands of a Dr. So trust me wen I say if all vets were ran like the same as the NHS is ran, then MINSTER VETS would Defiantly be deemed 'Harley St' or BUPA standard!!! If u love pets as much as me then trust give them a call. X
