I can only speak to the Touring Caravan facilities, which, for a Certified Location, are excellent. I was a little concerned initially having read reviews and feedback on the C&MC site, but these are either outdated or just simply not realistic concerning expectations for a CL. The toilet and shower facilities are the best we have found for a CL, clean, spacious and well maintained. The self check-in and pitch allocation works well with no fuss, communication from booking to final payment and arrival was excellent and the site is peaceful and has all that's needed for a relaxing stay. Credit to the owners!

we took our touring caravan here. It was nice and quiet. the toilet/Shower rooms were always clean and you could regulate the temperature of the showers. Always a great touch. We walked a small part of the coast path into Looe. A must even if your not a walker like us. We gave it a go and we sore views we would have never seen if we were in the car.

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and layout of pod, just right for what we booked for to get away for the peace and quietness. Views were superb. Also a lovely touch with the cream tea left for us on arrival. Five stars all around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Desra and Grant

We spent a Bank Holiday weekend here. Nice and quiet. We had a 6m Peugeot Boxer L3H2 and level pitches. Only 5 minutes to Looe where there is p space so only one fee £10.50 for 24 hours, however no overnight camping is allowed. This was May 2025. The site has good shower and toilet rooms showers similar to home no push button for 30 seconds of water. There is plenty of room to undress and dry off and adequate room to put your clothes when showering. However we found in both showers there was no squeegee mops but fiber cloth mop and bucket and in both they were absolutely disgusting and if used would make the floor more dirty than if left alone. There is a good TV reception. On arrival do follow instructions on pitch location as per the emails that will be sent prior to your visit, three in our case. As our stay was spoilt as we returned from a day out only to find a new arrival on our pitch who set up and went off for a walk. We wanted to cook our evening meal but couldn't get on our pitch and waited over two hours until moving on. The other pitches showed people's names by them but hey ho. We all have to provide phone numbers and personally I feel the site manager should have contacted the offending party and asked them to return and go on the site that was allocated to them. But all in all if you want a quiet site with no frills then this is it.

Nice little site, quiet location, good prices considering they include electric and there are showers and toilets (always clean). The grass pitches are on a slight lateral incline so bring leveling blocks. We had a gate amount of rainfall during our stay and the ground seemed to drain well. There are also hardstanding pitches, but these may be reserved for caravan club members (not 100% site about this so make sure you enquire yourself). Be aware, the final half mile or so is along single track road which has passing spaces but can feel a little nerve-wracking, but it's a very quiet road and we didn't have any problems on arrival or departure.

nice little site in a remote part of the countryside . Unfortunately our stay was marred by a few things. There was no welcome or information about the campsite and the information/shop was closed for the first three times we tried it despite saying it was open, the loos ran out of toilet paper. We never saw the owners. As a caravan club CL it said it was within a mile of a town sorry but it was 3 miles to Looe. there should only have been 5 pitches but they had squeezed in 6

Lovely site. Well kept. Nice large pitches. Electric and water on pitches. All weather pitches. Toilets and showers are excellent. Offer a laundry service and can order breakfasts delivered to pitches. Quiet site to relax. Close to looe. Only reason its not 5 stars is they advertise WiFi. You can connect to it. But it is so slow you cannot stream video, it takes ages to just check emails. And cuts out every 5 minutes. Think its a bit cheeky to advertise wifi that doesn't work. Had to use 4G. So if you don't have a lot of data you will struggle.

Just spent a long weekend here and it is by far the best site I have stayed at. When we arrived we checked in to reception which also has a small shop which was a nice surprise. The caravan was clean, warm (thankfully) and came with everything we needed for a cream tea and some milk to keep us going. The personal touches really make a difference and you don't get that on the big sites. The site is a quiet site with no club house bar or anything else it is perfect if you want to have a quiet time with your friends and family. If you're looking for somewhere to stay with entertainment and activities for the kids, this isn't it but if you want a quiet place to rest and unwind it is perfect. We are already talking about our next trip to Looe.

Although a little out of the way this is the perfect rural get away with the added bonus of beaches within easy reach, Looe was no more than a 10 minute drive away. The staff were very nice and the lady who ran the site came and spoke to us every day to check we were happy with everything. The facilities were spotless and of a high standard with a heater in there that you could use at your own discretion. There was a dog walking field (around a 1 mile walk, if you did the full circle) and what a view especially from the bench overlooking a valley where you can watch and hear nature (we sat there every evening with a couple of drinks and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere) overall we would definitely revisit. We'll done Oaks Park.
