Well over priced! Below average holiday park, the caravans are poor quality and not aging well, stains and stretches all over the place and the main bed was broken. There are no paths to get to your caravan so mud is a problem. The swimming pool is old and ran by kids who can’t be bothered, they have one life guard on watch while the other hides in the store room !! The main building is old and looks its age. I warn you now! The prices of anything at this park is crazy!! We booked a 4 day stay and left on the 2nd day!! Avoid at all costs! There is 100% better and cheaper holidays around!!!

We had 4 days here. Caravan was clean and tidy although a little small. Park was in a nice setting. Not far to get to the beach and town. Staff that we met were polite and helpful. As we used it to explore the area, we didn't get to use the facilities available. It was a very good base for the few days we had.

Just came back from a wonderful week at looe bay caravan was spotless beds clean and comfy. All staff we very friendly and helpful very minor issue of no frying pan or grill plate staff delivered to caravan within ten minutes. We arrived home friday to discover my husband had left his wallet with cash and all cards in, we rang reception and Martin a security at the park located it and sent it by recorded delivery we told him to take money for delivery costs and to take 20 pounds for himself for his time he refused (thank you Martin you are one in a million ) we cnt thank him enough. Overall i would recommend this park and would return in a heartbeat

Caravan was filthy. Not one toilet roll in sight on arrival. Beds filthy and very uncomfortable. Furniture filthy and again very uncomfortable. The towel radiator in the main bathroom was not working. We upgraded to the piliton as we were away for 10 nights so wanted an upgrade to make our stay more comfortable and pleasant, this it was certainly not. However the caravan was extra wide so we had plenty of space which was good. We were looking to upgrade to a caravan with a balcony but was unable as no options for this as dog friendly accommodation. The entertainment was ok. Needs updating a bit and is repetitive so if staying for longer than a week you will see the same show twice. Bingo is pretty cool though. Drinks are extremely overpriced. No wifi coverage in our caravan, could not even access there payable WiFi. It's nearly 2 miles out from Looe. There is a bus stop outside but it is not very frequent and it's quite a long walk into Looe. October time the taxis must be pre booked otherwise is a long walk back. The last taxi is about 11pm-11.30ish. However there is not really much entertainment going on in Looe in the later months. The Thai restrictions in Looe is lovely and is worth a visit. Also for Indian food the Viceroy is very tasty also. We did not try any of the food at Looe bay facilities so cannot comment on that. The amusements are very outdated. However Looe bay is very dog friendly! They are even allowed in the entertainment venue in a certain area but we loved this as we didn't have to leave out dog behind. Overall was a good stay, just wish our caravan was cleaner and much more comfortable. Also wish the wifi worked or at least better Internet coverage. Very filthy and beds very uncomfortable and vile. No mattress protectors on any of the 3 beds and only 1 pillow. Overall not satisfied with our accommodation what so ever!

Generally a really good holiday Park. The caravan was clean and had all the appliances we needed. The restaurant served a wide range of foods and we're all fairly priced. The swimming pool was good, though there was a little confusion around when the general swimming session slot started, as reception gave a different time to the lifeguards, but it all worked in the end. Overall a great experience and would definitely return.

Not a bad little park, dog friendly a bonus, but cost to add our little doggy quite expensive. Caravan nice but sofa cushions dirty this is due to the parking area next to the caravan being grass and muddy, guessing dogs run in and up onto chairs. Definitely need parking areas gravelled (some done) and sofa cushion covers removed and washed! Bar and grill, busy first time we visited, was told 45 min wait for food but it did arrive earlier and food was fine, staff were great. Location good, bus or drive into Looe easy.

Not a great experience! We’ve been here multiple times as my parents live close by and the place is definitely starting to run down. Stained sheets, electric fireplace not working, carpets need replacing as very grubby and heavily stained. Sofa the same, pretty grubby. Paid £50 extra for one dog which I found pretty pricey considering most places are just £10-£20 per dog. Bed springs were extremely uncomfortable, definitely needed a new mattress. No thin curtain you could pull across during the day, so either you had them closed in the dark or open where everyone could see you. We were placed right at the front of the park, very close to people so no privacy, noisy at night time. Had no parking spaces at night so ended up parking on the grass infront of our static. Not very easy to find your caravan if you are in the middle of the site and pretty hard to lug all your bags to the caravan if you are in the middle also. Unfortunately just seems it’s going downhill and getting very grubby/dirty. Lady on reception was not the most helpful and didn’t look like she wanted to be here. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone from now on, used to be a lot better!

Fab stay, plenty to do on site and in surrounding looe area. Caravan was clean, tidy and had pretty much everything we needed (adding hand-wash in the bathrooms would be good or at least advise customers to bring some). Entertainment was good, although a little repetitive. Food was nice. Staff were friendly and welcoming (with the exception of the shop assistant at closing time). Overall lovely base to explore from.

Had a really nice time there. 2 minutes drive from Looe. Site was well kept and clean, including the 2 caravans we had. All the facilities you need are on site. Good entertainment for the kids. The only problem we encountered being food choices. Breakfast was good, but certain meals were unavailable at night. We assumed this was due to the fact that it was late in the season. However, we were put out when we received a text from them about their cream teas. We left our parking spots on the harbour at Looe, and went straight there, only to be told that they were no longer doing them. We asked for soup instead to be told the same. We had to go back to Looe (not far) for food, and pay again for parking. Why send that text? Otherwise, it have could have been 5 stars.

Nice caravan as all the others we have stayed over the years. Only two gripes swimming pool is not open long enough n priority is for owners use . Cleaning staff come far too early , I know the vans need doing but please after 9am. The staff in restaurant are friendly n the one guy in the kitchen was entertaining by his happy singing n impressions, overall a good break caravan was good for the 4 night price.
